Shalom Residence Kandy

My family stayed at Shalom Residence 2 nights in a Standard family room. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable and the bathroom had everything I needed. I also appreciated the Mr. Shayan he helps to ordered dinner from the outside restaurant; he was answered my calls very quick and gave a best option. He's very friendly and helpful, Thank you for your time. Great Customer service. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food, but everything else was up to standard. The location was very convenient close to the Food city, shops, and local attractions. We felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely breathtaking! The mountain views from Shalom Residence Kandy were stunning. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kandy.

The place is cozy and is worth the money. The beds are comfortable and with ample room. The pantry and kitchen were ideal for anyone who wants to spend the night

The place was not checked and cleaned before we came. There were clothes from the previous occupants still in the drawers. There were ants running around from every corner leading up to the bathroom. There is small door opening which can be opened from the outside in the room which was unlocked when we arrived giving anyone access to the bedroom from the outside.
