All the rooms were all very spacious, with a sunny outside courtyard and parking at the front. We were greeted by the host. The property was very well maintained and perfectly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was very quiet. There was a co-op a very short drive.

Lovely comfortable apparment located behind the main house so very peaceful. Excellent location with walking distance to centre of Perth and an easy drive to Glasgow.

Great apartment.
Was a last minute booking due to other travel arrangements changing.
Spotless unit. Centrally located for an easy walk into Perth but easy access by car to travel outwith. Parking beside apartment door.
Fantastic superking bed with quality bedding.
Warm and cosy with adequate space for two.
Would highly recommend as an affordable well located comfortable property.
Possibly a bigger tv and small lamp in sitting room.
