Hospedaje Jose Rey

The accommodation is about 3km out from SdeC, along the Camino Ferrol. We were met by our host and shown to our room and given breakfast info for the following morning. The room was clean, comfortable and looked out over the swimming pool. Bed was comfortable and the private bathroom had a good shower. Not too far away is a local supermercardo and a laundromat. There is also a McDonalds about 1.5km down the road. There isnt much else nearby as it is out of the city. The Camino trail to SdeC is well marked and takes you to the Cathedral. Our host was good and we had a light breakfast the next morning before walking back into SdeC. As alternative accommodation out of the city, it suited our requirements, but be aware it is 3km away. Stayed Sept 2025.

A little far from the city and not much around. Accommodation was good and comfortable however.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for a short stay. The location was convenient, close to Santiago de Compostela’s key spots, and easy to access.
