Villa Aloha 45 is located less than 100 meters from the luxury marina Marina Rubicon, where all the equipment and services of this type of facilities have been located (wide range of restaurants, cocktail bars, supermarkets, bank offices, gas station, press, stores with the best known international brands in clothing and accessories, perfumery, optics ... and places for leisure; bowling, miniature golf, thalassotherapy center ...)

It offers a private outdoor and heated pool at 30º (the use of heated pool water has an extra charge of 50 euros per week), solarium area and garden. It also has free private parking. The villa has stoneware floor (tiles), on the ground floor it has a large living room with satellite TV (Spanish, German, English, Dutch, French channels, ...), free Wi-Fi, sofa (chaise longue), table dining room, four chairs, etc. From the living room you access the garden, where the pool and solarium area (with sun beds, table, chairs and umbrella). In addition, the ground floor has a shower room, ideal for when you return from the beach. Large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, iron, etc. Solana with labrador and clothesline. The upper floor is climbed by a ladder and in it we find:
A room with double bed of 150 cm. x 200cm., built-in wardrobe, comfortable furniture and CD player. It has access to a terrace overlooking the Puerto Marina Rubicon, the sea and Fuerteventura. A double room, with two 90 cm beds. (It should be noted that the two rooms are exterior). A spacious bathroom that includes a hairdryer, bathtub and natural light lighting through the ceiling.

To take into account that the price of the villa includes bed linen and towels. Stays of 7 or more nights include cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen once a week. An additional cleaning service can be requested for a fee.

Useful information:
Due to the cleaning and conditioning work, the occupation of the villa on the day of arrival will be from 3 pm, and the last day the departure will be until 11 am. 
Entry from 15:00 pm.
Departure until 11:00 am.

Just 10 minutes walk you reach a magnificent beach of fine golden sand (where you can find restaurants, beach bars, hammock rentals and different water activities, such as snorkeling, pedalos, parachutes, jet skis, "torpedo" ... ), the Hesperia Playa Dorada golf club is also a 10-minute walk away.
Walking along a pleasant pedestrian promenade, you reach the fishing village of Playa Blanca (whose promenade proliferates a variety of restaurants where you can taste the tasty dishes and fish of the island, as well as all kinds of shops and services ...) Highlight, the Taxi service that connects the town with our villa in a few minutes, the Ferry service that communicates with the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.

The spectacular beaches of Papagayo (Natural Park) are 20 minutes from the villa walking along a beautiful pedestrian promenade (for its views) and 10 minutes by car.

Indicate that Playa Blanca is mostly pedestrian, which makes it an ideal place for family walks.
In short, a magnificent corner where you can enjoy wonderful days of rest with an ideal temperature all year round, and that due to its situation in the south of Lanzarote, always a few degrees higher than in the rest of the island.
