The house: a ground floor entrance, a corridor leading to a very equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, clack click wood stove, games, internet, telephone, 1 bedroom with 2lts close (80/200) 1lt for 1 person + 1lt bb. 2 bathrooms with sink basin + shower (1 toilet in a shower), a small corridor leading to the back of a flowery courtyard (with blind) and a shaded lawn, close with games for children, casual + 1 garage .
At 2chs floor (ch 1 to 2 lts 1pers, c 2 1 lt for 2 people) 1 lounge with television, phone, games, books, dvd player, ifi chain, 1wc independent. Gas central heating (metered).
