Le logement est bien chauffé, propre et fonctionnel. Le parking est pratique et la voiture directement sous les fenêtres. La douche est bien chaude. Il y a de quoi prendre un café, stocker des provisions et cuisiner.
Pas de visuel de l'extérieur du bâtiment ou pas de nom Le Dauphin sur la façade, ce qui aurait pu nous aider à nous repérer. Le logement est sur une voie passante mais nous n'avons pas été gênés par le bruit extérieur. Il faut un peu aller à la recherche de la boite à clés mais pas trop. L'installation électrique semble perfectible. L'évier a quelques difficultés à se vider, le sanibroyeur refoule très légèrement dans le lavabo. Nous n'avons pas compris s'il était possible d'utiliser les télés et comment.
