centrally located in the village.

it is above a very busy restaurant that is open until late in the night. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The noise from the street/restaurant carries into the room well past 1 am.

Excellent Choice

The apartment was very modern and clean, equipped with everything we needed to feel at home, including in the kitchen with all needed items like coffee maker, fridge, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The location was top notch in the cute narrow streets of Finalborgo. The staff were kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again and hope to be back again soon!

Un séjour absolument parfait. Emplacement idéal et notre hôte très agréable et réactif. Le logement est très confortable, parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. L’accueil a été chaleureux, et la communication avec l’hôte rapide et efficace. La remise des clés s’est faite en toute simplicité. C’est une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter

Super zentral gelegene Wohnung, im Detail leider sanierungsbedürftig.

Zentrale Lage mitten im alten Ortsteil von Finalborgo. Gastgeber ist freundlich. Für eine zusätzliche Gebühr kann ein Fahrradabstellraum unter der Wohnung und eine (PKW-)Garage angemietet werden.

Die Wohnung ist in einem soliden Zustand. Allerdings ist die Wohnung über die Jahre "abgegriffen" und erfüllt nicht die Leistung, die ich für den Preis erwarte. Warum "abgegriffen"? Folgende Beispiele: Polster der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen; Türscharniere der Vorratskammer aus der Wand gerissen; Ausziehschienen des Mülleimers nicht mehr befestigt und hängen lose herum; Schmutz in Fugen in Küchenarmaturen (Spüle, Herd); Spülhebel Armatur im Badezimmer ist rostig an Oberfläche; beim genauen Hinsehen ist an Waschbecken und Toilettenschüssel Schmutz. Betrifft den Hausflur: Der Putz platzt von der Wand ab. Dadurch ist das Treppenhaus sehr wenig einladend und man schleppt den Schmutz in die Wohnung. Weitere negativ Punkte: Keine Spülmaschine, keine Waschmaschine (stimmt mit Beschreibung überein - soll hier nur erwähnt sein). Alles oben beschriebene lässt sich meiner Einschätzung nach mit vertretbaren Aufwand beheben, sodass die Wohnung wieder einen grundsoliden und schönen Eindruck bei den Gästen hinterlassen kann. Solange nichts getan wird, kann ich die Wohnung nicht bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Da gibt es andere Angebote in Finalborgo (ich spreche aus Erfahrung, da ich nun bereits 4 Mal dort gewesen bin).
