Quiet side of Rio
The hosts are lovely people and will give you advice about visiting in the area. The house is secure and in a quieter part of Rio, very close to the ferry terminal that crosses the bay from Noteroi to the other side of Rio. Caution, though, during Carnaval, the ferry is shut down for the first few days of festivities.
The AC is set on automatic temp and it was too cold for me. I had it reset by the owners once, but during the night, it got really cold.

Accoglienza e comfort
Struttura accogliente, semplice, ma con tutto il necessario. La posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla praia de Charitas, collegata con tantissimi autobus che raggiungono molte zone di Nitéroi e anche di Rio. Il wi-fi funziona benissimo e la colazione è ricca, continentale e con frutta freschissima! Luz e suo marito sono gentili, simpaticissimi, disponibili e affettuosi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie, speriamo davvero di tornare presto in quel paese meraviglioso che è il Brasile.

Fraca.
A família era simpática. Café da manhã fraco, sem opções e velho. Não tinha nenhuma opção de bolo. Acabaram as coisas e não tinha reposição, só bebo leite e nem tinha uma xícara inteira quando fui beber e não tinha como fazer contato para pedir porque não tinha ninguém. O pão velho, foi bem decepcionante. A praia que tem por perto não é pra banho. A praia de banho mais perto é em 20 minutos.
Falta de higiene, o cheiro de gatos . Queria que tivessem avisado dos gatos, sou alérgica e fiquei com alergia e tomando remédios todos os dias. A higiene não era o forte, muita teia de aranha, um cheiro ruim logo na entrada, banheiro com cheiro de urina. A rua é perto de uma comunidade, não me sentia segura, mesmo que não tenha visto nada suspeito.
