Small but functional. Great hosts!

The hosts are super responsive and welcoming. They prepared the place well to accommodate us and were ready to go above and beyond to meet our needs. They also welcomed feedback and are making improvements to the place. Do reach out to them if you need anything. The building staff was super friendly and helpful, too. Apartment is well equipped for a short stay and relatively well maintained. It's located at the back of the building, so it is very quiet and away from all the street noise (the downside is that the view is not great). The location is central and close to supermarkets and restaurants (you may not even need your car for anything).

The bathroom is very, very narrow (had practically to walk in sideways and our legs barely fit straight when sitting on the toilet). If you are a big person, you may not fit in the bathroom at all. There is not a comfortable sitting area to relax. Just the bedroom with the tv. It has a small desk for work, but not super comfortable, either. It is a great apartment if you plan to use it mostly to sleep and not to stay the whole day inside.

Absolutamente tudo, tive a sorte de encontrar um empreendimento do Casal Raquel e Marcus. Viajamos para provas de concurso e visita a familiares e encontramos um apto Limpo, uma atenção 24h do Casal dono do Empreedimento que fez questão de colaborar com tudo para nos manter o mais confortável possível. A limpeza, organização, objetos da casa nos fez sentir totalmente confortável. Encontrei um apto que posso contar, em eventuais idas ao RJ, irei voltar com toda certeza. Estão recomendadíssimos. Obs: Tem tudo nas proximidades, os porteiros são simpáticos e prestativos, a vaga de estacionamento é grande e confortável.

O porteiro Sandro foi extremamente simpático e solícito. O anfitrião enviou uma mensagem com todas as orientações… A cama era confortável e as acomodações atendem bem para uma estadia curta. Eu tinha um pedido específico e a Raquel de imediato me atendeu.

Deixaria como sugestão aumentar o valor em R$10,00 por exemplo e deixar 4 cápsulas de café para usarmos na máquina.

Ótimo apartamento

Otimo gostei localização boa, apart limpinho ar condicionado funcionando normal ótimo sem barulho, Marcus proprietário me atendeu super bem muito educado precisei chegar mais cedo fez o que pd para liberar o apartamento mais cedo do previsto , se for necessário voltaria sim.

Senti falta Smart TV.

O apto bem pequeno, mas tinha tudo que se alguém fosse ficar o dia todo usaria. Eu levei meu material de dormir e de banheiro.

A localização, não era boa e para 2 hospedagens achei q iam fazer uma limpeza no apt. Foi a minha primeira fez em Airbnb e não foi favorável para mim.
