loft london, conforto no coração de Icarai

Location is perfect...walking distance to esplanade, good restaurantes,bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy and a catholic church in the corner , there is good and comfy public transport to everywhere , at the door, even buses to go to Rio de Janeiro city, across the bay for day trips !. Place has good size for couple (w extra sofa bed if need)..,comfy ,modern and has everything you basically need to be self suficient (cooking wise!) .. and has few treats to welcome(coffee, salt, sugar etc..)..most appliences are "newish"....i didn't try but has gym and pool and option for garage if you need..The front desk staff is super nice... It's close to the most important and busy street of "Icarai suburb"=.rua ator Paulo Gustavo... (full of good style shoppings, restaurants ,bakeries and a bit of everything. .( I love the area- Lived here for 40 y....but now..I am coming as a tourist !!!....Great flat..the varandah has a nice piece of view of Rio de Janeiro city !....other side of bay!..)

Sadly it's a busy street...and is under public heavy maintenance. (Kind of endless in this city!)..and the traffic noise can be too much even w windows (but gives that "alive feeling"!).... some times some sewage stink can be smell..(again an old city issue..that's the reason for so many repairs!)....... Ehehhe....oh...Don't forget to bring your mobile charger and plug adaptors w USB,as .there is no USB charger plug here.

Gostei muito do loft e a localização.

A localização é excelente,sempre fico no London em outros apartamentos,os funcionários são excelentes,agradecimento especial ao Leandro que foi pró ativo em resolver um problema que aconteceu com o carro!

O banheiro era neste apto sem janela o que acaba ficando abafado e com um pouco de cheiro de mofo,precisando de uma reforminha na porta e uma boa limpeza,a cozinha tb precisa de uma boa faxina ,os talheres,armários,gavetas e louças não estavam limpos,tive de lavar louças e talheres antes de usar!

Ambiente agradável e familiar

Apenas o interfone apresentou falhas intermitentes.
