Ben Vheir Apartment is situated in the West Highlands of Scotland near Glencoe and enjoys stunning views of Loch Linnhe and the mountains.

The apartment is completely self-contained and has been finished to a very high standard, maintaining the character and style of this beautiful building. The apartment is well equipped and is spacious throughout. The kitchen and living area are open plan, enjoying views of the loch and mountains. Comfortable king size bed, luxury shower, TV, wi-fi, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washer/dryer, dishwasher.

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. The living area is spacious with large & comfortable leather sofa and armchair, TV, and wood burner fire for cosy nights in. The breakfast bar also offers enough space to comfortably enjoy your meals. The kitchen has all the facilities you need to cook if you would like to during your stay. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed and the living room offers exceptional views across the loch and to the mountains beyond. There is one shared EV charging point on the property which is available to be used subject to availability. There is a fee for its use.

I'm not sure why VRBO demands a skiing rating--we were there in Oct. But the pictures make this apartment feel much narrower than it is. It's very spacious with a big kitchen. Pretty well equipped except for a non-stick frying pan. Decent little co-op in Ballachulish. We spent each evening staring out at the amazing view and two days in a row touring Glen Coe and Glen Etive. Great landing spot with friendly, super-responsive hosts.

We arrived to find a lovely view of the water right outside of the large windows and a bench outside to enjoy the scenery. The place was immaculate, in great shape, and very comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen pots and pans for cooking. Plenty of hot water and the heating was appropriate for this time of the year. We really appreciated the shampoo and body wash in the shower. The washer/dryer combo with an additional drying rack worked well for our needs. It was so quiet every moment that we were there. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with amazing views of the mountains and the lake. Nice and really clean, good bed, fireplace, and even a small garden for our use.Also the location was excellent – it was easy to drive to Oban, Fort William and Glencoe.We would definitely come again, I miss the view already!One small thing – it would be nice to have some kind of contact with the host before or upon arrival (except check- in instructions), especially when visiting Scotland for the first time. It always makes the visit feel more personal.

We have traveled extensively and used VRBO most of the time. This property was one of the best we have stayed in. Beautiful well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view from the living area and the wood stove was a nice bonus. Easy access to hiking from the rental. We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for 3 nights Property is as described; beautiful location and views even though on a main road it is very quiet you do not hear the traffic. Accommodation very comfortable especially the bed ! Spacious lounge area and a kitchen for everything. Washing machine was handy but no dryer, couldnt find a clothes line. No toiletries in bathroom so do remember to bring you own soaps, shampoos and conditioners. We never met the owners of the property so it was a very private stay.Golf course a 3min walk and it is a great 9 hole.

5 night stay in July. Weather was ‘varied’, but the apartment made up for it. Beautifully maintained inside; views are stunning from lounge window. Bed is firm and we both slept like logs. Wood fire in the lounge which gave a warm glow to the room. Watch out for chickens on the doorstep when it rains - they like to shelter from the weather! 😂

Was a perfect stay for the two of us. Check in was easy and the place made us feel very luxurious. It was large, very well stocked and had a comfy bed. The kitchen was a dream-bigger than ours at home. Great shower and we really have no complaints. We loved the location to base ourselves close to hikes in Glencoe and activities in Fort William. Even met Monty (the dog). Communication was quick and helpful when required. Thanks for the stay!

Had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at Ben Vheir 2 weeks ago. The house has the most stunning view of Loch Leven, located just a few steps from the water’s edge. Just breathtaking. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and spacious with every amenity you could need in the kitchen – all the comforts of home! Both the bedroom and bathroom had ample space to store all our personal items. Hot water was plentiful and quick to the tap. We did not use the wood stove, but the owners leave a binder with instructions to use it along with all the other appliances. Very handy. The TV has a broad selection of channels and the wi-fi signal is strong and efficient. I guess the only drawback is our stay was not long enough! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for your stay in Glencoe.

This is a lovely property, clean, tidy, comfortable for two people with excellent facilities. It is next to a fast road which, if you sit outside would be noisy but does give easy access to Ballachluish, Glencoe, Fort William, Oban and the surrounding area. Great access to the Number 78 Cycle Path.

This is an outstanding property in all aspects. From Booking, where communication was clear and concise and our stay at this incredible Loch side property. Facilities are excellent, if you can tear yourself away from the views, and an exceptionally comfortable bed ensures a great nights sleep. Bathroom was very good, with a superb shower, to ensure you start the day fresh. Everything you could want for in the Kitchen and living area, and would strongly recommend this to couples looking to visit this beautiful part of Scotland. Stayed 3 nights, 5th to the 8th April. The accommodation is exactly as described and the photos don't do the kitchen justice. Everything you could want or need is present, the furniture is all quality and the log burner makes evenings even more enjoyable. The bed is really comfortable, my only niggle is a weird 'whirring' noise which occurs periodically thoughtout the day outside the bedroom? Location wise, it's fantastic, right on the shores of Loch Linnhe, 5 minutes to Glencoe village, 25 minutes to Fort William (which has lots of lovely restaurants). The scenery is simply incredible, I could try to do it justice but I'd fail miserably; you really need to be a poet. Lots of things to do, we did some lovely walks in the main valley, visited Glenfinnan and went to the stunning beaches at Silver Sands and Camusdarach. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and if you're looking for a really classy, really peaceful place to stay, look no further.

Superb, well appointed high end apartment in old Loch-side house right on the beach. Over looking Loch Linnhe and the mountains. Bird life and sunsets magnificent. Excellent location for touring much of the Highlands of Scotland, based at the foot of Glencoe. A really wonderful 2 week stay. The owners were most helpful and yet totally unobtrusive. We could say more, but you need to visit it to fully appreciate this property.

Stayed in the 1 bed apartment for the bext part of a week. The apartment is a good size, very comfortable and well equipped. The heating is great and there is a wood burner if it gets really cold. The view from the living room is lovely and the location is great for getting around the Glencoe area.

Great location with a stunning view! The apartment was large with high ceilings so felt Leo much bigger than a 1 bed apartment. The kitchen was well stocked. The mudroom/vestibule was really useful. Location was perfect for us as a base to do day trips to Loch Ness, Skye and others. Host was lovely. Would highly recommend

The apartment certainly exceeded our expectations. Much bigger than the pictures imply. Beyond the front door is a reception room - perfect for storage. There are beautiful views from the living room. It is fantastic to see the colours change of the loch as the evening draws in. The facilities are modern and in very good working order. Caroline - the owner - was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Location was a dream. I highly recommend and would consider returning on our next trip to the Highlands.

Location of the apartment was perfect easy access to explore Glencoe area. Apartment faces onto the loch so we were able to see some beautiful sunsets. Would definitely recommend, everything was spotless and the apartment was well equipped even down to the instruction manual on how to work everything. The apartment was in an excellent location, very scenic and a quiet rural location but close to the village amenities. The apartment is fantastic. Lovely wood burning stove with enough wood provided for a few fires. Great kitchen facilities with modern appliances and it was lovely to be greeted with a complimentary bottle of fizz and some nibbles after a long journey. Bed is super-comfortable (and I get a bad back if the bed isn't supportive). Brilliant location and the views are stunning. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
