An Elegant Penthouse With A View To Die For - Is Molas golf resort

Le séjour a été excellent et nous sommes très satisfaits. Nous suggérons cependant quelques petites améliorations qui ne lui enlèvent rien. L'appartement est très bien situé, en hauteur, avec une vue magnifique. L'appartement est conçu de manière satisfaisante. La chambre d'enfant est un peu étroite, mais pour des vacances, cela n'a pas beaucoup d'importance, sinon pour des enfants jeunes, le fait pour l'un d'avoir à atteindre son lit par une échelle. N'ayant pas eu de voisins mitoyens, sauf trois jours, l'appartement a connu le calme. Mais l'imbrication des logements suppose une certaine discipline des habitants. Le seul défaut de l'appartement est l'absence de protection extérieure sur la façade est, qui fait que jusqu'à 12/13h le soleil donne en plein et chauffe dès le lever du soleil. De simples stores descendants en bois résoudraient le problème. La vaisselle est suffisante. Pour beaucoup de non italiens, il manque seulement une cafetière à filtre ou à filtres (15/25€), qui permettrait de petit-déjeuner avec une quantité nettement supérieure à quatre expressos d'une demie tasse à café, qui correspond aux usages italiens. La réception télévision est capricieuse, mais cela ne tient probablement pas à l'appartement lui-même qui est équipé. La seule prestation qui fait défaut est l'absence de wi-fi que l'on trouve maintenant dans de très nombreuses locations, et l'hôtel proche ne sert que ses clients. Il faut aller chez Vodaphone à Pula avec une clef USB 3 ou 4 G pour acheter une carte Internet (Cest le seul opérateur installé à cette date). Nous recommandons cette location.

Bright, airy clean and modern apartment. One main bedroom and one bedroom with two small bunk beds suitable for small children. The kitchen has all the utensils you need but does not have a "proper" oven, relying on a small combo microwave/oven/grill. The apartment is at almost the highest point of the golf resort giving beautiful views and allowing private sunbathing - nobody is overlooking. The golf resort hotel is not quite walking distance - it is a steep hill, they were charging EUR 10 per person to use the swimming pool - so we declined. There is also no WiFi signal in the apartment - the hotel again charges for that. But internet access is available free of charge in most restaurants/cafes in Pula. A slight disadvantage of the location is that the nearest shop is in Pula, 7-9km away, so if you forget something it is a long round trip. Pula is very pleasant, but even in June you are needing to book restaurants as the good ones fill up quickly. The coast line is stunning and it makes a good base to explore southern Sardinia.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment near Pula. It does indeed have a view to die for but is also very close to fantastic beaches and the town of Pula which has many good restaurants and cultural sights. The owners Teresa and Luca also left a load of suggestions and recommendations about what to see and where to eat in the local area, and they were all great. The apartment itself has 2 good size bedrooms and decent kitchen to cook with all the local products (including the basil growing outside). It also has 2 balconies for views over the sea. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a very relaxing week in this gorgeous apartment located close to Pula and some very nice beaches on the south coast of Sardinia. The apartment is located in a secure golf resort complex and is fully furnished with everything you might need for a family holiday. We holidayed with our 3 month old baby and had a mix of short trips to the turquoise beaches of Chia and Tuerrada and lazy afternoons in the shade of the terrace taking in the breathtaking views. The owners Luca and Theresa are lovely and provide lots of great recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. If you are looking for a place to stay that is centrally located but quiet then this apartment is ideal.
