About this villa rental
Newly built house purchased in October 2017. Located within a private condominium with private pool. Finely furnished with furniture, crockery and new appliances. Equipped with air conditioners in the bedrooms and in the living room / kitchen; on the patio a nice sofa and armchair for a relaxing evening. The sea can be reached in 10 minutes by car or in the many white beaches in the neighboring km.

Great stay in Pula with family, good facilities including umbrellas & beach chairs.
Good secure gated compound
Lovely en-suite & good shower
Negatives - single beds too small but okay for a family with younger children 👶
BBQ would have been a bonus as lovely grounds to sit & enjoy around with family.
Did not use swimming pool as not directly in front of villa but the beaches were beautiful & not too far.
No Wi- Fi available
No bedroom mirror
Wardrobe hanging space too high
Kitchen area little small as not enough worktop area.
A small welcome hamper would be nice with few essentials.
Overall a great stay as first time in Sardinia 😊

Great place to stay. The property is in a secluded domain about 30 mins from the airport. The house is newly furnished inside, with everything you need. There is a great terrace for sitting outside and looking onto well maintained gardens. The swimming pool is huge with lots of space to sit outside.
Location is great. It is a short drive to some of the best beaches we have been to, with Pula and Chia nearby. There is a huge arnage of first class restaurants in the area, a couple within walking distance (just).
Owners are friendly and helpful. They were around to meet us and give us all the info we needed and then left us to it. They were kind enough to let us have a later checkout as we had a late flight home too.
Highly recommended.
