The house is perfect for families but also for those seeking a peaceful place to relax. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area. It is located about three kilometers from Pula, in a central position that allows easy access to the beaches of Nora, Santa Margherita, and Chia, so you can change beaches every day, or enjoy various excursions starting from the tranquility of the countryside. Alternatively, you can sunbathe and relax in the large garden surrounding the house

Proprietaria gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste. La casa ha un bellissimo prato all'inglese ed è dotata di 2 bei barbecue.
Distanza dal mare. prima spiaggia utile Nora, circa 4 Km.
Le camere, al piano inferiore, non sono dotate di tende oscuranti utili al sorgere del sole.

Schönes geräumiges und gepflegtes Haus etwas abseits gelegen (3,5 km bis Pula, Wegbeschreibung erforderlich) mit Veranda und großem Grundstück. Schlafzimmer sind im Keller, allerdings ohne eine im Hochsommer erforderliche Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator, der sich lediglich im Wohnzimmer befindet. Vermieterin ist freundlich und war zuverlässig vor Ort. Der Nachbar in der Doppelhaushälfte hört tagsüber gerne relativ laut 70er Jahre Musik.

Schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück.... Man ist aber trotzdem in 5-20Mibuten an den schönen Stränden von Chia....
Einzig hat uns eine Klimaanlage gefehlt, man schläft zwar im UG aber es war trotzdem teilweise echt warm in der Nacht...
Supermarktauch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Propriété à l’ecart du trafic et donc au calme.
Confortable et propre dans cadre agréable.
Bon accueil par le fils du propriétaire et ensuite bonne communication par Whatsapp.
Seuls petits bémols : la vaisselle d’usage courant limitée, la cafetière d’usage peu pratique, les douches vraiment exiguës.
La caution intégrée dans le montant de la location et donc prélevée, alors qu’habituellement nous remettons un chèque de caution , normalement restituée automatiquement ?
Procédé assez curieux d’autant plus qu’aucun état des lieux est fait à l’entrée !
Hormis, ces quelques points, cette location est très agréable et je la recommande.
