Let me start by saying I loved the space. The kitchen was more than equipped. I had every thing that I could imagine. There ended up being 9 of us and everyone had a bed. I liked being steps away from the pool and walking distance from the beach. The only complaint I have is that the a/c went out and we had to try to sleep in an 82 degree condo. The maintenance man came out but couldn't get it started. He promised to have someone out first thing in the am but no on arrived until mid day. I really hoped to have been compensated for the inconvinence, but no one even offered. That was disapponting. Once it was back on we continued our vacation in the cool. Even saw a deer across the street.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was late check in which was partially our fault because we didn't call ahead. Once we got with the afterhours staff everything worked out.

The unit was nice with modern amenities. The Air conditioning did not work well in ANY of the bedrooms and the pool was not kept as clean as I would expect.
