HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Comfortable, nicely furnished 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas. The floor plans and views vary; however, they all offer master bedrooms, full kitchens and living areas leading to a patio or deck. Queens Grant villas are on the Robert Trent Jones course.
This villa is located in the world-famous resort of Palmetto Dunes on beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. This striking unit has been completely renovated. Upon entry you will find the kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances, two high-top chairs, and an opening that allows you to interact with the people in the dining and living room. The dining room has a large wooden table that seats four. The living room has a sofa and two matching chairs. There is a large TV, cathedral ceilings, and a slider that leads out onto the patio with seating for four and beautiful lagoon views.
The first bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a sliding door that leads to the shared deck with lagoon views. There is also a door that leads into the bathroom with a tub/shower combo that the second bedroom shares as well. The second bedroom has two double beds and a flat screen TV.
This very cute, and comfortable villa is sure to please everyone in the family!

Usually stay at South Forest Beach. First time in Palmetto Dunes. Really liked the area and property. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Only one bathroom is not ideal but worked out just fine. Nice deck with grill. Walking to beach is possible but way to long. We rode our bikes to the Dune house which was just fine. It is also a short bike ride to Shelter Cove. I Plenty of stores close by too. Its a beautiful area. I would stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful time! The villa was beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities that Palmetto Dunes had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Won’t be renting this one again. Plug outlets need updated. We struggled with chargers and hair dryers. Carpets were gross. Walls were dirty
