Villa Madonna di Costantinopoli is a splendid and luminous three-story historical villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps eight people. The Villa is about 500 square meters, and has a private swimming pool, wooden sauna, spacious private terraces with sea view, a private garden, air conditioning, heating, ice machine, Internet WI-FI, cell phone charging station, parking private, wood oven, outdoor shower.
Villa Madonna di Costantinopoli exudes charm and gives amazement, it is a luxurious historical residence completely overlooking the sea and the surprising wonders that form the backdrop to the small village of Praiano, the heart of the Amalfi Coast.
Located among lemons, olive trees immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, the Villa has a spectacular view suspended between sky and sea and overlooks a wonderful town, Praiano, in front of one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world: the Isle of Capri, the Faraglioni, the Sorrento Peninsula, Positano, and the Li Galli Archipelago (formerly owned by Nureiev as well as Sirene Island in the Odyssey of Ulysses).
This prestigious villa has a fascinating history dating back many centuries and some traces of which can still be found today in authentic furnishing and architectural details preserved inside the villa.
Praiano is a splendid small town on the Amalfi coast that boasts the privilege of being positioned in a unique corner for the incomparable views of the coast and the sea, from the Villa it is possible to watch some of the most suggestive sunsets in the world.

The house is all in whitewash, wrought iron, wood and stone, restored on ancient walls of fascinating Arab architecture, nothing is left to chance. The rooms and rooms all finely furnished with period furniture.

The villa is exactly as described. Its an authentic villa built into the mountain with amazing views from every part . It has many outdoor spaces , gardens seating. The interior is uniquely decorated with many antiques. The host was very attentive to all out needs. We definitely recommend

Stunning home and views in the more quiet town of Praiano, convenient to but away from the chaos of Amalfi and Positano. The beautiful pool and outdoor areas made for hours of enjoyable time at home after a day of exploring. Generously stocked with all your kitchen needs, towels, toiletries, detergents, etc.Exceptional host who is very helpful should you have questions or need something like a car service. Short, easy walk to wonderful dining and a mini market. The center of town is a bit further, but walkable (it does involve many steps). Marina di Praia is a short drive away (not walkable, but a short ride). Very highly recommmend!!

We had a wonderful stay! It felt like being in a museum in time. Loved our experience and will come back. If you don't have transportation prep for steps :) down to the village.
