Very nice place with a great view, nice amenities and would highly recommend.

This place is really nice - we had the Skyy room with Sauna and Hot tub. Simeone and the other girl working there were very friendly and helpful.

There was a recent fire in a small building next to pool which is a little unsightly. However, we understand that it can take time to rebuild.

Poor

The pool looked very nice, however it was impossible to stay there due to wasps.

The interior was very tacky (in our opinion) “Breakfast included” meant going to a separate kitchen and taking either a pre packed croissant or some biscuits. The staff explained everything perfectly but not at all in a friendly and welcoming way. We had to pay an extra €20 for room cleaning when we arrived at the hotel (???) We stayed in the basement, which fair enough, we were told had no windows. They just forgot to mention that the whole room reeked of mold and chlorine and the walls showed signs of the same.

Relaxing getaway in between Florence and Lucca.

We enjoyed our stay at Podere Raffanna Ecologic House. It was a nice chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of the cities we had visited. We enjoyed the peace and loved relaxing in the hammocks by the pool.

I thought better

The room had flaws, such as loose plaster, corrosion of the bed frame, broken whirlpool remote control, damp smell, no window, old-fashioned bathroom with no bidet, lack of minibar in the room, breakfast with packaged snacks, road that leads to the swimming pool that looks like a construction site, pool beds with all the roofs to be fixed, excessive price in proportion to what is offered, also although we have all the defects of the room in mind, the owner did not meet either the request to reduce the room price or to reduce /avoid to pay the share of 50 euros for the use of the spa. Total expenditure about 360 euros for one night, absolutely too much for what is offered

The best staycation in Tuscany..

I stayed for few nights and I really love the location and the facilities which are really high-end compare to other places around Tuscany. The staff it’s really professional and always ready to accommodate any needs for you. I will definitely come back on my next trip in Florence ! Thank you

Fondamentalmente si può dire che è piaciuto tutto. Staff accogliente. Camera Pulita e come descritta

Come letto nelle recensioni precedenti effettivamente non c è un frigo in camera, ma zona ristoro accessibile in qualsiasi momento. Ed anche la camera poco areata. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi lasciando la finestra aperta tutto il tempo e il deumidificatore acceso. Penso l estate qualche problema ci possa essere.

Pace relax, cortesia ,ma con molto derare

Per il prezzo ci aspettavamo sicuramente molto di più dalla camera , personale gentilissimo, ma la camera scelta a nostro avviso ha molte mancanze . Pulizia insomma , le ragnatele alla finestra magari no , praticamente impossibile fare idromassaggio per l' odore che usciva dalle bocchette. Abbiamo provato a riempire la vasca due volte ma l' odore non ci ha permesso di sfruttarla . In camera non c è una macchinetta del caffè né un frigo. Abbiamo scelto la camera con spazio esterni ma devi continuamente spogliarti e vestirti per uscire perché è senza privacy. Il muro di plastica abbastanza antiestetico . Bellissima struttura per la posizione è la tranquillità ma con moltissime cose da migliorare , anche la pulizia delle sdraio e delle amache in zona piscina .

La struttura è impeccabile: gli alloggi sono spaziosi, puliti e arredati con gusto, un mix perfetto di charme rustico e comfort moderno. Ma ciò che rende il Podere Raffanna davvero speciale è l'accoglienza calorosa e genuina dei proprietari. La loro disponibilità e i preziosi consigli sui luoghi da visitare, dalle trattorie tipiche ai borghi medievali, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. La posizione è ideale per esplorare la Toscana, a breve distanza da Lucca e dalle terme di Montecatini. E anche rimanendo al podere, la piscina panoramica e i giardini curati invitano al relax più totale. In sintesi, il Podere Raffanna non è solo un luogo dove soggiornare, ma un'esperienza indimenticabile che nutre l'anima. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri vivere la vera essenza della Toscana, tra bellezza, tranquillità e un'ospitalità che fa sentire a casa. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Rilassante circondato dalla natura

Posizione ottima, libertà negli orari, disponibilità dell'accesso in cucina h24, disponibilità e cordialità dello staff, tranquillità, possibilità di ordinare la cena take away per godersi la zona.

La camera è bella e ben arredata, ma purtroppo è situata in un seminterrato, quindi non ha finestre (o meglio, c'è una finestra che si apre in un cavedio, per avere almeno un minimo di ricambio d'aria). Il bagno ha un gradino che potrebbe essere segnalato meglio, perché si rischia di inciampare
