Beautiful spacious apartment.

Lovely apartment, about a 20min walk from Terme Central, near to a big supermarket Eurospin. Great base for exploring Tuscany by train.

The only thing missing in the apartment was a microwave.

Princess in the castle

Fast and simple communication with owner, extremly clean and comfortable. We were travelling with 6yo and she felt like princess in the castle with so many details in an app which are basically details which would people usually keep for them selves privately rather allowe sage in app often booked.

Apartment is clean, comfortable, warm, and the staff is amazing

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, so aestethic that makes it warm and bright. ( Good wifi, parking place, storage, etc...) The staff was always available, we had good comunication. We recommend it, and its good for bigger group or families.

Nice appartement , kind staff , easy to park around Has AC and most common equipments you could wish Calm location and well soundproofed Good stay!

Misses a microwave ( top of frigde?) which could be very useful in particular for people with kids. AC in the dormitory is old and a bit noisy , could use a revision. Debateable decoration ( but could be updated for cheap - just change lighting and courtains ) A bit off center ( 15mins walk to center , 25min to funicular )

Pleaseant and Clean

very clean, all the facilities and nice vintage style. Just 10-15 min by walk from Montecatini center where you can find a lot of places with good food. If you want to visit Firenze is less than 1h by car. Amanda and Valentina both very kind and responsive to all the questions. Super !

Excellent stay . No problems recommending.

The flat was modern and very comfortable and presented. It is very near to the centre and having a large supermarket near by ( 5 min walk) was a bonus . Bena was very helpful with advice and picked us up from the train station when it was quite late in the evening due to train delays .

The kitchen could do with more utensils and access to more power sockets would be nice as we had to plug and unplug equipment to switch on the kettle, toaster and coffee machine ..

Il box doccia da cui esce acqua , la porta d'ingresso molto rumorosa , le sedie molto carine ma alcune pericolosamente instabili e l'erba sul terrazzo

Appartamento molto accogliente, si dorme benissimo, molto belli i dettagli vintage del appartamento ,pulito,dotato di tutto l'occorrente, molto facile la comunicazione con la proprietà, molto disponibili e gentili

Il balcone è datato,le finestre uguale,avrebbero bisogno di un upgrade consistente, per poter beneficiare anche dello spazio esterno,niente zanzariere

Хозяева обязательные люди: мгновенно реагировали на обращения и вопросы. Рядом неплохой фастфуд и магазин. Парковка не закреплена за апартаментом, но проблем ни разу не возникло.

Нам в приоритете было, в плане расположения - расстояние до терм. Очень далеко, около 2-х км., апартамент находится на выезде из города, о чем нас не предупредили! В квартире неистребимый запах сырости, из-за чего вся одежда приобретает этот запах. Погода была сырая и постоянно дождливая, а квартира вообще не отапливалась, даже кондиционер был намертво отключен! Матрац очень неудобный. Посуда вся поврежденная, целых тарелок было две. Стол разврливается, если на него опереться. Шкаф постоянноге закрывается.

Es war für uns ein schöner Aufenthalt, bis auf die Mängel in der Küche.

Die Lage ist super, um per Bahn oder Auto in alle umliegenden Städte zu fahren. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und in den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen.

Leider mussten wir abends einen Parkplatz in umliegenden Wohngebiet suchen, aber vor dem Haus gab es einen Stellplatz zum Be-und Entladen. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat uns nicht gefallen. Nur einen Teelöffel, nur zwei angeschlagene Tassen. Wir haben auch erstmal das Geschirr und die Töpfe reinigen müssen, da vor allem die Töpfe sehr klebrig waren. Der Backofen war auch sehr schmutzig und hat beim benutzen stark nach altem Fett gerochen.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement idéal

L’appartement est très bien décoré et très bien équipé. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. La ville de Montecatini Terme est idéalement située pour rayonner tant vers la côte que vers Florence. Le quartier résidentiel adjacent offre de nombreuses places de parking gratuites et proches. Les échanges avec Amanda ont été d’une extrême gentillesse et réactivité.

Après une longue réflexion, nous avons convenu que le principal inconvénient de l’appartement est qu’il ne propose pas de... tire-bouchon !! Pas vraiment trouvé autre chose à redire...

Da porta de vidro do quarto/não tive 1noite sequer sem que a luz me acordasse. Pratos com bordas lascadas, faltando muitos itens na cozinha, como detergente, saca-rolhas , papel higiênico….. Toalha desfiada. Além de ficarmos mais de 30 minutos esperando por alguém nos receber!!

Sve je bilo odlično, ljubazni domacini, efikasni, brza komunikcija. Kreveti preudobni, kafa odlična, tuš takodje odlican, stan je retro, autentican. Opet bih uzeli isti smeštaj. Parking smo brzo našli .

Era caldo

Un bel apartamento ma no era pulito bene abbiamo trovato tante cose sporche cominciando del pavimento, bagno. Un piatto e un bicchiere un po’ rotti, armadietto danneggiato, finestra del balcone non chiudeva bene, senza internet tutto il tempo che abbiamo stato, la mia famiglia ha stato molto dispiaciuta.
