Apartment of 45 m2 consists of double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen,
dining room with sofa bed and a private garden outside. It is part of an 'Ancient Mill' of the seventeenth century, with stone walls and roof beams and connected to the Castello del Colle 'Castle Hill' through the 'Street of Mills'.
Along the perimeter walls flows the Cessana stream, running through a valuable area for its vegetation and shape of the bumps and weirs, as the 'Bozzo della Madonna'. you can get a nice cooling bath in the natural pools and waterfalls formed through the creek that runs along the walls of the mill among the vegetation. It is also possible to have breakfast with eggs and with different types of jams of own production.

Lovely, relaxing location in the Tuscan hills. Wonderful gardens and nice to take a swim in the pool! Having a car is very important for this location. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Colleen and I totally enjoyed our 7 night stay. The perfect jumping off point to visit Colli, Florence, the beautiful therme nearby, the beautiful Tuscan Hills, the Mediterranean, Bologna and Vinci.
Peaceful setting and yet close to town and autostrada.
