HOME DESCRIPTION
Beautiful D-Log Home Located in the affluent neighborhood called Colorado’s Timber Ridge Ranch. Available for month long rentals exclusively beginning March of 2025. Contact owner for special rates. This three-level, mountain lodge features dramatic vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows providing you with wonderful forest and mountain views. You'll enjoy the log accents, exhibition kitchen with granite counters w/ island workspace. The home has beautiful pine woodwork throughout and a handsome stone, wood burning fireplace in the main living area.

The master suite, kitchen, family room and half bath are all located on the main floor. The main floor and second level are air conditioned. A/C is not needed in the daylight basement.

The master suite has a Cal-King bed and sitting area. French doors lead to a private porch. The bathroom features a large whirlpool tub, spacious walk-in shower, double sinks and granite counter tops.

The upstairs houses a second bedroom with a queen bed and a 3/4 bath. The bedroom adjoins to a spacious loft that overlooks the main floor living room. The loft provides a love seat and a flat screen TV, making the upstairs an ideal retreat with fantastic mountain views.

On the main floor, French doors off the dining room lead to a deck overlooking the forest and spacious stone patio below. On the deck, there is additional space for dining.

The daylight basement provides a 3rd and 4th bedroom which are located on either side of a spacious family room/game room that features a wet bar, a family friendly gaming console (60 non-violent games), a foosball table and a game table. A three- quarter bath is centrally located at the entrance to the daylight basement, making it private and easy to share.

Each of the bedrooms located in the daylight basement is equipped with a queen bed, and one of the bedrooms also contains a twin daybed. There is a second twin daybed in the family room/game room.

This level stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

French doors open to an expansive and private stone patio. The patio features an impressive gas fireplace and a hot tub that seats five comfortably.

The home is conveniently located on the west side of Pagosa Springs less than 2.5 miles away from grocery, shopping, hospital, liquor store, several restaurants and more. The lodge sits on three wooded acres. Two other three acre lots to the west are not yet developed, so you have plenty of privacy here. The neighborhood is adjacent to the national forest so wildlife is abundant. Fabulous recreational opportunities await you in every direction. Access to hiking, rafting, and fishing are all close by-- and for skiers, Wolf Creek Pass (known for receiving more average snow fall than any other resort in Colorado) is a short 40 minute drive. Neighborhood roads are paved making access easy year-round.

Check-In Instructions:
Timber Lodge has keypad entry so that you can check yourselves in . . . at your convenience. You will receive a code on the week of your arrival. The keypad is located on the front door. To open: push the botton at the top of the keypad. This will illuminate the numbered keypad. Enter the code. Turn the knob to the right and the lock will release. There is also a keypad on the side garage door. Enter the code and you will hear the lock release.

Security cameras on site: Be aware that security cameras are on site and located on the exterior of the property. They are there to alert us when UNEXPECTED people are on site. We respect your privacy. The cameras are not actively monitored while you are staying as our guest. However, if a complaint is received claiming disruption to the neighborhood, the cameras may be monitored.

Beginning 3/2025: Timber Lodge will only be available for bookings 30 days or longer.
