About this apartment rental
Apartment with private terrace in a charming stone house on a property with other three apartments. Shared fenced pool and walking distance to a small village.
The property is located at the periphery of the typical Tuscan village of Colle di Compito, south of Lucca. The village close by can be reached on foot. The apartment is very cosy with beamed ceilings the décor is simple, but reflects the Tuscan tradition and fits in well so that the ambience is emphasized. The property has three other apartments for rent. The owners live next door.
The apartment consists of:
A private entry to a spacious kitchen with dining area (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer, American coffee maker, toaster), a large living room with tv, utility room. On the upper floor are three double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom on the groundfloor with shower, entrance from the terrace.
Mosquito nets in the windows.
In front on the lodging is a private furnished outdoor area with bbq. The stone house is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with grassy areas and olive trees. From the house there is a great view of the olive grove, since the house is on somewhat elevated ground. Table tennis.
From the fenced swimming pool area around the 5 x 10 metres (depth 1,50 metres) sunken swimming pool you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the deck chairs. The pool is shared between all the guests and the owners. There is access to a toilet and outdoor shower. Children in or around the swimming pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
Common laundry room, internet wifi and parking inside the property.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Christina. Die Fewo Clorinda war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten und der Pool war für unsere Kinder sehr schön.
Christina war immer hilfsbereit wenn wir fragen und Wünsche hatten. Vielen Dank!
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
