Perfect summer spot!

This was an exceptional villa, run by the most beautiful hosts - Ana, Mateo & Romano. It’s very rustic, has a great pool, plenty of space to sit and relax around the property and options for hosting special dinners or lunches. We rented three of the apartments and it worked really well for our group. Highly recommend a winery tour while you’re there, and a farm to table dinner!

Just note that it’s not super easily accessible by public transport, doesn’t have aircon (there are pedestal fans) and you do need to bring soap/shampoo.

From this place you can visit Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Montecarlo, Chique Terre and different wineries.

Amazing place to stay for work or for pleasure. This place has free parking, kitchen if you like to cook, gorgeous old church about 2 mins of walk. Huge supermarket just 10 mins by walk. Outstanding nature. The host Anna is extremely kind and helped us a lot.

Superb

We had an apartment in the "old villa" on the second floor. The owner was waiting for us and personally handed over the keys and showed us everthing. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the antique furniture in the rooms. We received valuable advice from the owner, what to see and where to go. And we really appreciated the tour of the winery with wine tasting. The apartment donot have a terrace, but there was enough space for guests on the ground floor. We had there our meal, it is lovely pleace to eat.

It is a unique place run by the wonderful family. Anna, Romano and Mateo are fantastic people and truly love their clients and will do everything to please them. The place is original, well preserved, charming and peaceful! Their wine is also exceptional!

Superb

Fantastic location, well maintained and it's simplicity fits the original use of the buildings. Everything is included and well reachable plus fantastic view, pool and hosts. In addition, we had occasion to visit the wine cellars, really a great experience

Traumaufenthalt

In Tenute di Badia wohnt man in einem 400 Jahre alten Haus. Es ist wunderschön, liebevoll gepflegt und eingerichtet. Schöne Steinböden, freie Holzbalken, schmiedeeisernes Himmelbett. Unser Bad war im Turm. Dabei ist es aber mit allem neuen Komfort ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Das Beste aber ist: Annarita, die Chefin ist ein wahrer Schatz. Sie spricht perfekt Deutsch und ist so gastfreundlich und großzügig. Wir haben uns wie Stammgäste gefühlt, obwohl wir noch nie dagewesen waren. Wir haben auch eine Führung durch das Weingut gemacht. Der Wein ist hervorragend. Mateo, der Sohn, führte uns durch das Gut und erklärte alles. Um das Weingut ist die Gegend eigentlich wenig touristisch, sehr authentisch. Besonders gefiel uns Monte Carlo, ein Bergdorf. Sehr gut zum Essen und nicht weit. Die Gegend ist auch preislich sehr interessant und alle Menschen waren super freundlich. Wir haben wirklich nur Positives zu sagen. Danke für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Logement très agréable, au calme, une belle piscine avec barbecues à disposition. Notre logement était grand est fonctionnel. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Fijne plek met lieve eigenaren

De plek is geweldig met mooi uitzicht, leuke omgeving en lieve eigenaren die het je graag naar de zin maken. We waren hier graag langer gebleven, twee nachten was iets te kort. Het zwembad is fijn en het appartement ook met goede bedden. We hebben hier tevens de wijnproeverij met aansluitend diner gedaan, echt een aanrader!

Wspaniali gospodarze. Pani Anna bardzo pomocna. Wszystko wytłumaczyła, nawet na zakupy nas zawiozła. Miejsce z klimatem, spokój, cisza, ogromny plus to basen. Dobre miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie Toskanii, jednak warto wypożyczyć auto. Polecam

Heerlijk ontspannen

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad bij Tenute di Badia! Wat een prachtige plek om te ontspannen. Het etentje met hun eigen wijnen was een absolute aanrader – niet alleen was het eten voortreffelijk, maar er werd ook heel lief rekening gehouden met onze dochter. Het zwembad was zalig, perfect om even af te koelen en tot rust te komen. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een plek waar je echt kunt genieten van de Toscaanse sfeer. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Het appartement was wel erg warm maar dat is natuurlijk logies in het midden van de zomer

Anna und ihre Familie sind perfekte, sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die alles dafür tun, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht und sie sich wohlfühlen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir werden ihn in guter Erinnerung behalten. Die Empfehlungen von Anna über die Umgebung haben uns gefallen, sind ihnen allen gefolgt.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Taverne geöffnet hätte.

Parfait !

Un véritable coin de paradis en Toscane ! L’emplacement est absolument magnifique, entouré de collines verdoyantes et de paysages à couper le souffle. L’hébergement est encore plus charmant que sur les photos, avec une décoration soignée et tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine est un vrai bijou – parfaitement entretenue, avec une vue panoramique incroyable, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de découverte dans la région. Les hôtes, Anna et Romano sont très chaleureux, attentionnés et pleins de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et l’envie de revenir très vite. Un grand merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée !

fijn appartement op een goede locatie (rustig en dichtbij Lucca)

We hadden een appartement, op de begane grond in het bijgebouw. Fijn appartement met een terras om heerlijk buiten te ontbijten of te dineren. Prima bedden, fijn appartement. Het appartement ligt op een wijnlandgoed, er was een erg gezellig wijnproeverij georganiseerd. De gastvrouw, Annarita was super zorgzaam en had veel tips. In de direct omgeving is een bakker, supermarkt en diverse restaurants. Lucca is ongeveer 20 minuten rijden.
