we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days and enjoyed seeing the surrounding area

it was very rustic and well worth a stay A car is essential as it is not close to any shops etc. Essalunga is the nearest supermarket about 20 mins ish in the car Monte Carlo is the nearest little town which is beautiful and Raffael at Ca Sandra runs a very lovely restaurant The owner was very friendly and came within minutes if you had a problem

it would have been nice if there were a couple of comfy chairs in the lounge area

Good, but not brilliant. Montecarlo is brilliant.

Once you work out where it is after getting there, then you realise that it is very close to Montecarlo. We walked there (albeit 3 kilometres).

The shower was very small and there are no comfortable chairs to sit inside and read etc, when the weather is a bit inclement.

Arogancki, bezczelny, niemiły gospodarz ( dotychczas nikt mnie tak nie potraktował) tylko słyszeliśmy o nakazach, zakazach, zaleceniach. Zimno w obiekcie, ( jest informacja o ogrzewaniu na booking.com, ale gospodarz odmówił włączenia - temperatura w nocy spadała do 2-3 stopni), podczas pobytu gospodarz był na wyjeździe i nie mógł dostarczyć podstawowych rzeczy np. papier toaletowy, worki na śmieci. Stare, zniszczone, zawilgocone umeblowanie, ręczniki, koce. Obiekt znajduje się w zaciemnionej, zalesionej okolicy, więc gdy jest chłodniej i pochmurnie w obiekcie jest zimno, ponuro i strasznie. W obiekcie mnóstwo pająków, pełzających robaków. Bardzo mała łazienka (kabina prysznicowa dla niemowlaka ), obiekt składa się z kilku apartamentów, a przez ściany wszystko słychać, więc nie wiadomo na kogo trafisz podczas pobytu. Bardzo wąski i stromy wjazd na parking ze słabym oświetleniem. Nasz samochód nie miał szans zmieścić się. Wiele razy korzystałam z apartamentów w Toskanii, gdzie gospodarze witają przy dłuższych pobytach ciastkami, winem lub oliwą z oliwek. Tutaj gospodarz przywitał nas regulaminami i zasadami. Stara pralka ( ledwo wirująca ) w osobnym budynku gospodarczym. Grill to stary brudny sprzęt. Ogród zanieczyszczony odchodami zwierząt z sąsiednich apartamentów ( po naszym psie za każdym razie czyściliśmy trawnik). Bardzo słaby internet.

Ide o rustikálnu toskánsku usadlosť s viacerými ubytovacími jednotkami. Paladino dva je vybavený obývačkou a kuchyňou na

Usadlosť je vzdialená od dediny, vládne tam pokoj, je v srdci prírody. Viackrát sme videli voľne žijúce zajace na pozemku. Pozemok je rozľahlý, udržiavaný.

Treba rátať s tým, že asfaltová cesta nevedie až priamo k pozemku, čo môže spôsobiť problém návštevníkom na autách s nižším podvozkom. Cesta je však spevnená okruhliakmi, takze pri opatrnej jazde sme sa dostali bezpečne na priestranné parkovisko.

Location molto bella, casa molto pulita, proprietaria gentilissima.

Consiglio di far trovare almeno un po’ di sale/zucchero e caffè. Il minimo necessario. Non c’era proprio nulla.
