The room was ok, always hot water and good preassure, clean towels changed every day, warm room, excellent spa accessories, clean spa centre, good breakfast, clean indoor pool, good location, Lidl nearby and other supermarkets, 10 minutes by car from Borovets
Dirty jacuzzi, cold water in the pool (28°), no fridge in the room, the balcony door did not close well, you can hear the noisy river outside, small TV, poor wi-fi reception in the room, wornout floors

Very old room, dirty, unacceptable “bed” for children, broken floor, no fridge in the room.
