Convenient location, nice and warm room and friendly staff. Overall great value for money.

Room could be a little cleaner, but can't complain for such great value for money

Simple but great value. Very spacious for all our ski equipment, lovely and warm, kitchen with fridge toaster kettle, as we made breakfast in the morning and went out for meals every evening, lots of lovely places to eat and drink close by, we had a separate bedroom, beds were comfy and clean and two sofa beds in the lounge, Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us extra toilet rolls and towels when needed They arranged a reasonable price taxi to collect from Airport. Didn't really use any facilities, swimming pool had not been open for a long time but we used a hotel pool nearby, They had a bar and pool table but we didnt get time to use it, Shop opposite had all the essentials Also ski hire shop was directly below A short walk to the gondola, and a bit further walk to the chairlifts, I did not find this a problem at all.

Bit better cleaning i think a light cleaning was being done after each stay, but it needed a deep clean like behind sofas and corners of bathroom were needed with bleach. Shower needed a clear out drain, as it was blocked which caused water to leak out every time,

The room was big, it had everything you needed and helped accommodate my stay well.

The fact i had to leave 😂 i would happily of stayed there longer but my time was up

The staff were great

The bathroom flooded out into the hallway. No way to stop it. Tried towels in front of the door. Needs a proper clean
