Helpful staff. Quick to respond in case of any questions. Integration with restaurant is very convenient. Nice location and comfortable bed. Dark to sleep at night
Squeaky wooden ceiling.
All stairs and no accessibility for strollers (or wheels) in general.
Overall old room but within the historic style, so minor dislike.

Old Style Guesthouse, Location is good if you are passing through Ljubjana by car, 6 euros Uber ride to the center and quiet neighborhood. Large Rooms. Very welcoming staff. Restaurant on site
The bed was comfy but the bedcover was too warm for the season and I could not find the balance with the air conditioning. If you intend to sleep late, you will hear the floor cracking from the neighbors upstairs. Other than that everything great

The lady who served breakfast did not speak English, but she was very kind.
In addition to the room fee I saw on Booking.com, I was charged an extra commission when I paid at the hotel. I showed them the fee displayed in the app, but they didn’t care and still made me pay it.
Also, they took photos of my passport using their phone, which made me very concerned about how they handle and protect personal data.
On top of that, a vacuum cleaner was left in front of our room. We had a baby, a stroller, and luggage, but there was no elevator and no one offered to help us.
