Good location - near to Otepää, quiet surroundings. Sauna opportunity. Can fit up to 7-8 people. House warms up very quickly with fireplace lit and heaters turned on.

One of the rooms didn't have electricity and we were not given heads up. Shower rooms were dirty. Shower cabins, sinks and toilets had yellowish residue and felt as if weren't cleaned or used for some time. There were a lot of insects like flies and moths even though it is winter and they cannot come from outside. Dishwasher, oven and fridge had stale smell. Water had strong distinctive (possibly iron) smell and taste. Certainly was not drinkable. Google maps didn't show a way to the place - would have been nice if we were warned about it.
