About this apartment rental
Ground floor apartment in a completely restored charming stone house located at the periphery of the typical Tuscan village of Colle di Compito, south of Lucca. The village can be reached by foot. Pool, aircondition, WiFi.
The apartment is very cosy with beamed ceilings, the décor is simple, but reflects the Tuscan tradition and fits in well so that the ambience is emphasized. The property has three other apartments for rent. The owners live close by.
The apartment consists of:
Entry to the living room/kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer, Amercian coffe maker, toaster), satellite tv, a twin bedroom, a bathroom w/shower, a double room with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Mosquito nets in the windows.
The stone house is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with grassy areas and olive trees. From the house there is a great view of the olive grove, since the house is on somewhat elevated ground. From the swimming pool area around the 5 x 10 meters (depth 1,50 metres) completely fenced swimming pool, you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the deck chairs. The swimming pool is shared between all the guests and the owners. There is access to a toilet and outdoor shower at the swimming pool (children in the swimming pool or swimming pool area must be under adult supervision at all times).
Access to safety boxes, ironing and laundry room, air conditioning, internet wifi, table tennis.
Other: bus stop for Lucca and Pisa 300 meters - a small grocery 400 meters - tennis courts 400 meters - supermarket 4.5 km - restaurant 300 meters.
