Characteristic tuscan country house with private swimming pool and child-friendly garden, located in the "Compitese" hills in the area that separates the province of Lucca from the province of Pisa. Extremely central location to visit the most famous towns in Tuscany.

The home is surrounded by a well-maintained, fully fenced, child-friendly garden. In the middle of the garden is the mt. 4 x mt. 8 large swimming pool, with a depth of mt. 1.50. The pool is private and not shared with others. Here you have sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor shower. It is mandatory to supervise bathing children.

The accommodation itself is distributed over the ground floor with direct access to the private garden. Your nearest village is the cozy S. Andrea di Compito, where the houses are made of stone and time seems to have stood still. This area is known for its ancient Camellia trees, which during the flowering season attract people from all over the world. The top floor of the home has the same owner but is empty/unoccupied.

The house functions fully as a detached house but it is in traditional Tuscan style, built together with another residence on one side. It is completely independent, equipped with comfortable rooms and furnished in a functional and inviting way. It is divided thus:
Entrance to well-equipped dining kitchen (stove with 5 gas burners, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, cupboard with fridge and freezer, microwave) with TV and fireplace, large living room with double sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, large bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds.

In front of the entrance, you have direct access to a veranda equipped for outdoor dining with a table and chairs (brick grill). A few meters from the house, near a stream, there is another covered veranda equipped with table and chairs ideal for "al fresco" meals, even in the hottest months. You also have also table football here.

Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board accessible from the garden. Private parking.
