Great location, but falls a bit short of expectations.

Good location, short walk to main restaurants e attractions. Good, helpful staff. Very clean room. Excellent hot showers throughout the whole stay. Afternoon cake and coffee was a nice touch.

In contrast to other reviews, the breakfast fell short of expectations given the price-point of the accomodation. Also when there were fewer guests, several items were cut from the buffet. Room very cluttered and tight, albeit well-equipped. No space to move around. Also very dark with only small window onto walkway. Bathroom - no shelf, no storage, no toilet brush.

Rede wifi é limitada devido a distância do quarto com a recepção A sauna estava inviabilizada por estar quebrado o vidro.

Péssima relação custo benefício

A localização é ótima, tirando isso tudo deixou a desejar.

O valor cobrado foi exorbitante em relação ao que a pousada entrega. Quartos pequenos e extremamente simples , banheiros desconfortáveis e improvisados, café da manhã razoável. Às fotos não condizem com a realidade da pousada e principalmente com o valor Cobrado. Seria uma estadia razoável caso fosse cobrado um terço do valor.

O único ponto positivo foi a localização.

A desorganização do lugar, as toalhas ruins e manchadas, o colchão precisando trocar, água do chuveiro que não esquenta após o uso da banheira, que pouco esquentou. Impontualidade na entrega da acomodação. Espaço de café da manhã muito pequeno em comparação ao número de quartos. Avisei que chegaríamos por volta de 14 horas, e quando chegamos às 14h15 ainda foram limpar os quartos que estavam sujos e sem condições de nos receber. Fomos almoçar e depois das 16 horas ainda não estavam prontos. Alegaram que o hotel só tinha 2 arrumadeiras para as 33 acomodações lotadas!!! Pior, colocaram meus filhos em uma suíte com cama de casal e disseram que a pousada estava cheia. Bati o pé para arrumarem duas camas de solteiro.

Acomodação fantástica, muito bem localizada, recomendo! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, do pão de queijo à pamonha quente, passando pela tradicional coalhada mineira!!! Valeu a pena cada minuto, na propriedade.

A localização é muito boa, e a maioria dos funcionários são muito cordiais

Minha experiência foi muito ruim, a pior pousada que fiquei em Tiradentes. Chegamos no sábado, e a pousada estava muito cheia por conta de um casamento. Assim que cheguei a colaboradora me avisou que eu corria o risco de não conseguir lugar no café da manhã - Aqui já fiquei bem decepcionada, pq esse problema quem deve resolver é a pousada, e não eu. O quarto estava cheio de pernilongos, eu pedi para aplicarem veneno, mas não adiantou, tive que comprar veneno e eu mesma aplicar no lugar. Ainda sobre o quarto, é muito pequeno e desconfortável - Devido os pernilongos não é possível deixar as janelas abertas, o que deixa muito abafado. Roupas de cama e toalhas manchadas. A limpeza deixa a desejar. Pelo valor, é possível encontrar outras pousadas muito melhores que essa.

A pousada é pequena, mas agradável. A única coisa que foi ruim foi o frio intenso e, como não tem aquecedor, sofri um pouquinho até me aquecer. Não usei a área de lazer então não tenho como avaliar. O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são atenciosos. Gostei muito do chuveiro do banheiro, temperatura e pressão excelentes. A cama e os travesseiros são bons. A localização é ótima, bem pertinho dos pontos turísticos e dos bares e restaurantes.

Senti falta de um aquecedor, a temperatura estava muito baixa 7 graus e demorei muito a me aquecer.

Localização excelente, a poucos metros da Igreja Matriz.

Noa decepcionamos muito com as instalações que nas fotos do Booking pareciam bem melhores! Quartos muito pequenos, com móveis bem antigos, cheirando bolor. Tinham dezenas de pernilongos no quarto e no banheiro os quais tive que matar com minhas próprias mãos e com o auxílio de uma toalha! Toalhas e lençóis limpos porém velhos. O café da manhã não tinha nada que se destacasse; nem o pão de queijo era gostoso…! A pousada em geral precisa de uma reforma para melhorar os ambientes dos quartos e do salão do café.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados! A simpatia e boa vontade dos funcionários merece elogios! Quarto limpo e aconchegante, colchão, travesseiros e roupas de cama confortáveis; Banheiro amplo, chuveiro com perfeita regulagem de temperatura, secador de cabelo e produtos de higiene a disposição. Café da manhã e café da tarde fartos, com muitas variedades à mesa, e ainda assim, nos foi oferecido algumas opções de preparo na hora. Belo visual das montanhas. Boa localização.

Devido à minha profissão e consequentemente olhar técnico, observei uma falha que não me cabe citar aqui, uma vez que comentei com as recepcionistas e a questão foi sanada.
