the property is well located and really beautiful, has a nice garden and a main house superbly decorated

the room is very small, outside the main house, which is closed in the evening therefore you do not have access to use it. breakfast is fair but in general the price is too high for what a guess can in fact use

Loved Tiradentes, perfect luxury pousada walking distance to old town

View was incredible, room very well styled with luxurious linen and towels. Breakfast was sensational and kindness of staff was amazing. Walking distance to centre. Check-in very nice.

Swimming pool was not on the property but close by (should be more transparent on the booking.com page). Check-in window was very narrow (2-3pm), else pay extra. This is challenging for anyone driving in Brazil. Would appreciate more flexibility. Gave our number expecting some recommendations of must do things to do in the town - never received anything.

The breakfast was so delicious!!! The food was well prepared and the flavors were amazing… very good quality and quantity… also the way its presented its so special.. the basket, table clothing and details .. we love it!

The breakfast could have more fruits and less bread! Also for us as a family traveling with kids, we wake up early!!! And it was served late by 9 am so I found to much time to wait until it was ready…

Já estive em Tiradentes várias vezes e foi a primeira vez em Segredo da Serra Guest House. O espaço é muito bem localizado (bem perto da rodoviária), fizemos tudo a pé e, ainda assim, a sensação é de que estávamos afastados.... imersos na natureza. A vista para a serra é deslumbrante. Foram bem generosos e tivemos uma surpresa agradável com um upgrade. O quarto estava impecável... cama, chuveiro. Você percebe o cuidado nos pequenos detalhes: Chinelos, roupões...amenities bem fofos e úteis. A decoração, as louças, talheres, os livros, quadros, móveis, roupas de cama e banho.... tudo pensado com carinho e cuidado! Um lugar silencioso e perfeito para quem quer descansar e não pegar o carro enquanto estiver em Tiradentes. A cidade é maravilhosa... mas dá vontade de não sair do quarto e de ficar admirando a serra. A Mércia nos atendeu muito bem e foi bem gentil e solícita. Pretendo voltar...

Único ponto é que no café da manhã.... serviram uma queijadinha maravilhosa no primeiro dia e no segundo não tinha mais :( . O café da manhã é simples...mas foi suficiente!

O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. A terceira cama tem conforto igual à cama de casal. A decoração remete ao passado colonial da cidade, mas traz uma atmosfera sofisticada e aconchegante. São poucos quartos e a propriedade é silenciosa. O staff é muito atencioso e não poupa esforços para fazer o hóspede se sentir bem-vindo. Cabe uma menção especial para o Rodrigo e para o Wellington, sempre gentis e eficientes. O café da manhã é excelente e a vista para a serra é linda.

A pousada não é 5 estrelas. Embora seja bem cuidada, as comodidades e o café da manhã não condizem com um 5 estrelas. Trata-se de uma bonita propriedade que foi transformada em pousada. O café da manhã é bem simples e não explora os queijos e frios típicos da região.

A localização é boa pois fica perto do centro (podendo ir a pé) sem estar na confusão do centro. Os funcionários são cordiais e atenciosos.

Perfeita.

A Segredo da Serra foi a mais grata surpresa que eu e minha esposa tivemos em nossa viagem. As instalações são uma imersão no que é Tiradentes-MG: muita história e cordialidade. A casa, que também é um antiquário, encanta a quem gosta de uma atmosfera de época. As instalações são muito limpas e arrumadas, o quarto é espaçoso e confortável e as roupas de cama e banho são da melhor qualidade. Quanto à recepção, Genaro, Rodrigo, Lourdes e Wellington nos fizeram nos sentir como hospedes queridos em uma casa de família. Todos educados, simpáticos, cordiais e extremamente atenciosos. Quer provar uma fruta nova? Eles têm! Precisa de orientações sobre restaurantes e programas: fácil! Voltaremos? Sem a menor sombra de dúvida!

Instalações de alto padrão e muito bom gosto tanto em relação as dependências externa da pousada e especialmente à suíte(que é um show a parte). Café da manhã muito bem preparado sem muita variedade porém tudo que tem é bem gostoso e artesanal. Eu não poderia deixar de mencionar o acolhimento e a atenção da Sra. Lourdes que nos recebeu de braços abertos e fez de tudo para deixar nossa experiência ainda mais rica e agradável.

Deixo como sugestão a substituição dos travesseiros. Não que seja algo que atrapalhou a nossa experiência.

A autêntica hospitalidade mineira.

A localização da pousada é muito boa, tem a mais bela vista da serra e é muito silenciosa, embora não esteja no centro histórico de Tiradentes. Alguns quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis mas há também acomodações menores, com menos espaço para bagagem e pertences. O café da manhã é servido nas mesas, em uma pequena varanda, e é farto em bolos e quitutes mineiros. A gente se sente um pouco em casa. Não tem cara de café de hotel.

Até o centro histórico não é uma longa caminhada, mas há um declive que pode ser incomodo para os mais velhos. Será necessário usar carro.
