Great location, easy check-in, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from.

The location is absolutely phenomenal and the staff are very kind. The bedroom is nicely sized and the breakfast was really good, I was always looking forward to eating in the morning.

Breakfast was nicer than it looked. Good security.
Only 1 pillow on the bed. Hairdryer was faulty and broke. Window in bathroom was broken. Walls were paper thin and could hear screaming, shouting all night. Only one sheet on the bed, would have preferred a mattress topper or something as part of mattress was exposed. Breakfast room was in a basement and juices were empty at 10am and never refilled. Toilet was blocked in our room. Foul/ damp smell from bathroom on first night.
