A truly outstanding family-friendly hotel with amazing staff, great food, and exceptional attention to every detail
Absolutely everything! The location is perfect, the food is delicious, and the spa is wonderful. The staff were exceptional: always kind, attentive, and ready to help. A special mention goes to the amazing Nido team, who took incredible care of my son and made us feel completely at ease. They also handled dietary restrictions, such as gluten intolerance, flawlessly.
Just a few small details: having an iron directly in the room would be more convenient rather than having to request it, and the laundry room could be improved: there’s only one washing machine and one dryer, and you need to reserve them in advance.

Great hotel with lots of activities for adults and children. Very nice staff always ready to help. Food was amazing every day. Highly recommend to stay if you are traveling with children.

Super hotel w centrum Andalo
Super hotel w centrum miasta. Bardzo blisko do kolejki. Śniadania bardzo dobre, kolacje 3 daniowe. Strefa basenów i saun tylko dla dorosłych. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
Nie że mi się nie podobało ale byliśmy chyba jedynymi gośćmi bez dzieci, trzeba pamiętać że hotel jest bardzo, bardzo mocno nastawiony na rodziny z dziećmi.
