We really enjoyed the food, special thanks for the waiters who kindly arranged our special needs (gluten free meals). We also enjoyed the walks with the hotel animators.

seconda volta in questo hotel Wellness & SPA e l’esperienza è stata ancora migliore della precedente. Una garanzia per chi cerca relax e professionalità. Accoglienza: il personale si conferma competente e disponibile; una menzione speciale va a Valentina che ancora una volta si è distinta per gentilezza, attenzione ai dettagli e disponibilità facendoci sentire coccolati. Il confort della camera: abbiamo notato un netto miglioramento, sia la camera che il letto erano decisamente più comodi garantendoci un riposo perfetto. I servizi: abbiamo usufruito della colazione in camera e ci siamo rigenerati nell’area benessere, ottima la piscina riscaldata, le saune e il percorso relax. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, consigliato, ritorneremo.

Il percorso spa molto ben organizzato con personale preparato e molto gentile/disponibile Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora Valentina per la sua gentilezza. La piscina riscaldata sia dentro che fuori molto comoda e piacevole La merenda molto gradevole La vista panoramica anche dalla stanza è uno spettacolo

Il letto… lasciava a desiderare tanti cuscini inutili ,il materasso molto morbido da una parte ma si rischiava di scivolare da un altro Orari di pranzi e cena molto rigidi alle 21 stop cucina Al piano bar per la consumazione di una bottiglia propria chiedono un diritto del tappo pari a 15 euro che mi sembra proprio eccessivo e fuori luogo

Questa struttura è a dir poco fantastica! Il personale è meraviglioso, accogliente e attento alla cura del cliente... La pulizia è eccellente le camere sono bellissime e accoglienti... Un grazie a Valentina e Alberto che ci hanno accompagnato nei nostri momenti di benessere!!!.

Di questa struttura mi è piaciuto tutto. Dall' accoglienza appena arrivati,alla gentilezza del personale. La pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. La piscina che esce anche all' esterno. Il profumo di gran parte degli ambienti. La cucina ricercata ed apprezzata.

Pace e relax al centro di Andalo

Struttura in posizione davvero strategica, comoda ad ogni servizio e passeggiata nei magnifici luoghi naturali di Andalo. Stanza davvero accogliente, molto pulita e con ogni comfort. Centro SPA ben gestito, con ogni tipo di stanza utile (relax, saune, ecc.), anche se accessibile solo se totalmente nudi (può essere limitante per alcuni clienti). Ristorante di alto livello e colazione davvero eccellente, con prodotti di qualità. Staff impeccabile, dalla reception alle pulizie, dal bar al ristorante. Comodissimo il parcheggio scoperto e coperto incluso nel prezzo.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 giorni e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene! Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal mio arrivo, sempre pronto a rispondere con un sorriso a qualsiasi richiesta. La pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni è impeccabile, un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza e che ho molto apprezzato.

Unico piccolo appunto: alcune informazioni non erano molto chiare sul sito come invece ci hanno spiegato in modo dettagliato all’arrivo, (riguardo la spa) nulla di grave, ma sarebbe utile specificarlo meglio online per evitare sorprese.
