Nice experience next to the Paganella ski area

We stayed 5 nights in Andalo, in this hotel. Access to the garage, check-in, access to the room were seamless. From the underground garage, there is an elevator that can accommodate trolleys with luggage. A ski storage room is available for skiers, where equipment is dried overnight. It is clean, easily accessible, safe. The location of the hotel is a 10-minute walk to the nearest cable car. Not far from the hotel are a couple of restaurants with which the hotel has an agreement on a discount for lunch and dinner (pay attention to the exact timing). The rooms are relatively well soundproofed; although almost full, we had no problems with noise from other rooms. The girls at the reception and in the bar are extremely friendly. The hotel offers an afternoon snack - with tea and cakes, which is really nice. The spa and hot tub are excellent; clean, functional and without much crowd. There is a limited time in which children are allowed access. My first time in Andalu, my first time in Paganella for skiing. Honestly, a very pleasant surprise on this trip during which we visited as many as three ski centers and 5 small Italian towns.

The room is warm, although the radiators are cold (you have to ask the reception to turn them on for a couple of hours, so that the ski clothes can dry). We got a room in the attic. For three people, with things for skiing and in general clothes for the winter period, the room is too small. In the room there is neither a kettle nor any offer of coffee or tea, which is a big minus, especially for a hotel that does not have its own restaurant (except for the breakfast room, which is not open outside of breakfast hours). I saw in the comments that some guests complained that spa and pool access for children is at the same time as the afternoon snack. I would like to say that I don't see this as a flaw in any case, because those two areas are next to each other, and I don't understand how a 5-10 minute break from the pool (which lasts 1.5 hours for children), for tea and cookies, could be a problem for someone.

Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. The 4 pm pastries and juice are delicious. Great room and location close to town.

Street vehicle noise. Breakfast boiled eggs were too hard and no egg dish holders.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful Spa

We really liked the quietness of the hotel. They have a complete and free Spa, with everything you need to relax.

A very pleasant hotel to stay in with excellent local facilities, for one or several nights.

We were travelling through Europe, stopping in several countries on the way and back to visit our daughter in Italy. We stayed in around 7 hotels (mostly through Booking.Com) in various countries, but this was definitely one of our favourites. All the hotel's facilities were good or excellent, in particular having it's own spacious underground car park. We ate in the evening at a restaurant near the hotel, suggested by the very helpful hotel receptionist, and were provided with an excellent service and meal. Andalo was a lovely town to visit, and it was all within walking distance of this hotel. Breakfast was also amazing; the area seems to specialise in very fancy pastries and cakes so be prepared to put a few pounds on !

Pretty much nothing actually ! I suppose they could have had their own restaurant open in the evening, but we would have missed wandering around Andalo, which was a great experience.

Very good

This was the second year we spent some summer days at Garni La Roccia. It is a very nice structure located in the very center of Andalo. Really appreciated the staff courtesy and professionalism. Facilities are also great (SPA, garage, breakfast room). It does not have a restaurant, but this is not an issue as it provides the opportunity to have dinner in one of the many restaurants in Andalo or nearby (we never had issues booking a table).

The location is both the good and bad of this garni. In fact it is very close to the main road and during rush hour it clould be very noisy if you have a room fronting the main road. Ask for a quiet room.

Great for a Ski Trip

We are a family of three with a son in his late teens, so the triple room with a separate space for our son was fantastic (room 309/310). close to places to get a quick dinner and not a far walk to the gondola for skiing.

We enjoyed the spa, but between 16:00-17:30, children are allowed in the area, so not the most relaxing environment. also, many teenagers running around the spa who do not know how to be quiet and relax.

A nice city center Hotel with a good atmosphere and friendly people.

A very nice hotel with good comfort. The modern rooms are very nicely furnished and offer plenty of space. The breakfast is very extensive. Bicycles can be locked in the garage. There are good restaurants nearby.
