The location is awesome & the view if you have a room facing the sea is second to none, the sun rise & sun set is stunning!! The breakfast is delightful all homemade simply delicious & Paolo was lovely & very informative.

Being petty but the only thing I could fault was the showerhead I didn’t really like it as it wet my hair but my husband was ok with it.

Paulo was so helpful and charming upon arrival. He gave us a lot of great information and showed us the property. The B&B has a wonderful terrace with an amazing view and breakfast is served there so you can enjoy it in the morning and it’s open for the rest of the day at your leisure. The room was comfortable with good AC and the bed was also quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was continental but with some nice options and the yogurt was homemade and delicious. Claudia who helped us at breakfast was also very kind.

The accommodation was spotless and well looked after, with fresh towels provided regularly which made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of choice and everything freshly prepared. The location is also ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, Malu B&B offers a welcoming and well-kept place to stay

We had a pleasant stay at Malu B&B overall. The accommodation was very tidy, towels were renewed regularly, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. The location is also very convenient for exploring Polignano. However, our arrival experience was disappointing. We arrived in the evening to find the property locked and reception closed. When we eventually made contact and someone came to check us in, we were told we were “lucky” to gain access, as check-in supposedly closes at 19:30. This was particularly frustrating as we had come to Polignano to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and it was not the welcome we expected. In all our years of travelling and staying in many different types of accommodation worldwide, we had never encountered such restrictive check-in arrangements. If the proprietors insist on this policy, I would strongly recommend providing a lockbox for late arrivals, as is common with other booking platforms. Our flight landed at 17:00 and we did not anticipate any difficulty in reaching the B&B by 20:30. We had no reason to think this would be considered an unusual arrival time for this type of accommodation.
