BAYIT Charming Place

Really nice small boutique hotel in Polignano. Good location in the heart of the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Super breakfast every day prepared and cooked by the wonderful Antonella.

Firstly, the location could not have been better, central with easy access to bars and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The home cooked breakfast and pasties by Antonella were just superb you would visit the hotel for the breakfasts alone. The service provided by Daria was second to none, from her quick responses to any queries we had and her recommendations of restaurants which she even went so far as to book our chosen restaurant for us. A very relaxing hotel, fully air conditioned which was badly needed in the month of August of this year. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable rooms.

Stoney beaches limited our stay on them not very comfortable and packed but it was August and was very busy.

Absolutely beautifully designed small boutique hotel. Wonderful location. Rooms small but very well finished and the large rooftop ( spectacular views) is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully comfortable bed; good a/c and WiFi. Small but lovely bathroom and bath products.

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and there was no one to greet us- management communicated well via WhatsApp but said they were at lunch and unlocked the door for us . In fact the hotel was unmanned for the rest of the day. We could not use the elevator for our suitcases because the area remotely unlocked didn’t contain the elevator. Honestly for the room rate staff should be there every day, at least during the day, in my opinion.

Great breakfast , very good layout of all different foods not the same everyday, excellent staff Daria and Sabrina went out of their way to help and accomadate , great location in middle of everything
