About this house rental
It is a characteristic fisherman’s house built according to local tradition with walls in sandstone and a sloping roof with tiles. The building boasts a fantastic 360 ° panorama looking out on the main square of this typical fishing village. The house is very light and airy and also cool and ventilated thanks to the special shape of the interior which is characterized by traditional vaulted ceilings in reeds and plaster . Fully furnished for 4 people, it can accommodate up to six guests thanks to the double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable , the kitchen is equipped with all amenities including an oven. Abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza a Marzamemi dall'8 al 22 agosto e condiviso l'esperienza con i nostri amici.
Grazie a Nino, il proprietario, fin dal primo minuto abbiamo capito che avremmo trascorso una bellissima esperienza nel cuore di Maramemi, in una posizione unica.
La casa pulitissima, accogliente e perfettamente insonorizzata è stata la "cigliegina sulla torta".
Super consigliata !! Da provare !.

Das Häuschen unmittelbar am zentralen Dorfplatz gelegen. Dieser ist sehr belebt, und das Leben in Sizilien geht bis tief in die Nacht. Wenn man früher schlafen gehen möchte, kann man jedoch die Fenster schließen und bekommt seine Nachtruhe. Eine vorhandene moderne Klimaanlage sorgt für ausreichende Temperaturen. Marzamemi ist von herrlichen Stränden umrandet, leider zur Zeit jedoch recht algenbelastet. Doch wenige Kilometer entfernt findet man endlose, wenig bevölkerte Strände, vor Allem genießen Süden. Unbedingt sollte man sich von Marzamemi aus die Barockstädte Noto, Modica und Ragusa Ibla ansehen. Alle Drei sind traumhaft. Für Naturliebhaber eignen sich Touren nach Vendicari und auch zur Cavagrande selbst Cassibile.

Quest'anno con la mia famiglia abbiamo deciso di visitare Marzamemi, uno dei borghi marinai più belli d'Italia. Abbiamo trascorso tre settimane meravigliose visitando spiagge bellissime e paesi incantevoli che solo la Sicilia può offrire.
Volevo ringraziare in modo speciale il proprietario della casa affittata signor Nino, persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni utili sulle cose da visitare sia in paese che nelle zone limitrofe.
Un giorno spero di ritornare.
Un abbraccio a Nino e alla sua splendida famiglia.

Affaccio sul Borgo...il modo migliore per scoprire e vivere Marzamemi. Posizionato perfettamente, direttamente sul borgo (ma ottimamente insonorizzato), consente di apprezzare tutta la bellezza di questo splendido luogo a qualsiasi ora. Uscire di sera e trovarsi direttamente sul borgo è un valore aggiunto notevole. Alloggio in ottime condizioni, molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort, compreso lo spazio esterno riservato per la doccia all'aperto. Lo consiglio a tutti. Ringrazio di cuore il sig. Nino e la sig.ra Giuliana che ci hanno accolto con la consueta gentilezza e disponibilità!! Questo secondo anno all'Affaccio sul Borgo è stato una splendida conferma. A presto.... Michele e famiglia
