Shower pouring from all sides, could not be controlled at all.

Noisy, very noisy all the time. This is because you can hear all things guests from other rooms doing/talking/ … The walls coud be made a bit more professionally.

Very good choice

The hotel in fact is several buildings, run by the same owner. The complex includes a very good restaurant. We got a room in a house across the small street. The room size was OK, it was clean, not run down. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was ... well, it was and that is a good thing. AC was working and silent.

Bed matrass was too soft, at least for me. The bed itself had some glitches in assembly and basicaly the matrass fell through it in the morning (rather funny though, as this happened to both beds, which combined make one bed). This was repaired fast and without questions. Sound insulation could have been better, although the area overall is quiet.

Air condition, breakfast, big bed.

There was no parking available so we had to park at the opposite restaurant. They seem to be very tough on no smoking policy (I said we dont smoke anyeays, but the receptionist insisted and said we will be reported to the police if we smoke...). They also insisted on coping my credit card even though everything was paid before. A bit weired. At breakfast bread was finished, otherwise ok.

The garden was nice.

The staff was very rude and he demanded to take a picture of my credit card from both sides and wanted to take it away from me and said that in the case of not doing that, I will not be permitted to stay. As I already paid in advance, he was literally blackmailing me. This is extremely bad practice and I would not expect to find that kind of hotel on Booking.com. The breakfast was horrible. The bread was stale, the rest was the cheapest food available.

NO QUALITÀ PREZZO

L’unica nota positiva del soggiorno è la ragazza che ci ha accolto, che è stata molto gentile.

NO QUALITÀ PREZZO La struttura si trova appena fuori Brescia, la via di accesso è un po’ stretta e per il parcheggio l’hotel ha solo un piccolo spazio all’ingresso. Le camere erano carine e pulite, ma presentavano mancanze ( dato il prezzo ) come : bidè, insonorizzazione che ci ha portato a dormire poco, prima per il caos di un locale esterno alla struttura e poi per i clienti delle altre camere ( sentivi anche quando andavano in bagno ), mancanza di doppi cuscini e prodotti da bagno. La colazione era inesistente. Mancavano cibi caldi, nonostante il ristorante in loco, scelta di bevande, varietà di prodotti dolci o saliti. I pochi prodotti erano tutti confezionati. Il resto voto due. Pagare 100€ in bassa stagione per non avere servizi all’altezza della cifra è inaccettabile.

Evitare la stanza 24

La struttura è piacevole. Il bagno molto confortevole. Il personale è attivo alle richieste.

Premetto che ho pernottato nella stanza 24, si trova confinante con 2 lati su 4 con la cucina, il che è devastante soprattutto il sabato sera un rumore veramente forte fino a oltre le 24, il letto ritenuto alla francese è una piazza e mezzo e in 2 è impossibile starci (io sono 188 cm), in fine e non per importanza il sabato sera hanno il ristorante aperto e non riservano il parcheggio a chi è in hotel di conseguenza chi mangia parcheggia chi pernotta fa la caccia al tesoro in una strada strettissima oltre tutto quindi deve andare a parcheggiare abbastanza lontano. La stanza è terribilmente calda nonostante il riscaldamento spento (presumo per la vicinanza della cucina) abbiamo dormito 3 notti con la finestra aperta 12-13-14 Febbraio. La colazione è scarsa per non dire insufficiente (solo prodotti confezionati e di scarsa qualità), peccato considerato che dispongono di una cucina da ristorazione.

La saponetta per la doccia è stata terribile, credo che almeno un campione di shampo o gel doccia o qualunque altra cosa sarebbe stata migliore di quella minuscola saponetta che seccava la pelle solo guardandola

Struttura vecchia e camere poco curate e piccole, bagno senza bidet, e al momento del check in il cliente deve essere informato che dovrà usare la doccia per le evenienze. Carta igienica usata da cliente precedente e non sostituita. Colazione minimal a buffet e scarsa qualità dei salumi. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Non tornerò più in questa struttura.

Bien, pero alejado del centro

Desayuno variado, checking amplio y parking. Cercano a una parada de autobús. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones están limpias, con aire acondicionado y son en términos generales cómodas y decentes. Cuenta con un restaurante estrella Michelin.

La ubicación no es ideal, se encuentra a las afueras en una especie de polígono industrial y los alrededores son algo lúgubres. Se tarda 1 hora al centro si quieres ir andando, pero si tienes coche los parkings son bastante asequibles.

Hotel tranquillo ai margini della zona industriale, con ristorante di qualità

L’hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla, decentrata rispetto al centro, oltre l’area industriale e in prossimità dei campi. La posizione è un po’ defilata, in un vicoletto affollato all'ora di cena, ma facilmente raggiungibile e silenziosa. La struttura è piccola, a gestione familiare, con camere ordinate e pulite. Il ristorante sembra essere molto apprezzato dai clienti esterni. La colazione è di buon livello, con prodotti freschi e una discreta varietà. In entrambe le occasioni in cui ho fatto colazione le brioche non erano disponibili all’orario indicato (dopo le 7:00), a causa della coincidenza con l’apertura del ristorante, ma nel complesso il servizio è stato cortese e attento. Una buona soluzione per chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo, lontano dal traffico, con la possibilità di cenare bene senza doversi spostare.

L'hotel ha un piccolo parcheggio, ma affollato dagli avventori del ristorante. C'è un parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze frequentato da furgoni che hanno "lasciato il segno" sulla mia auto.
