hơi thiếu riêng tư do nhiều cửa sổ quá, tuỳ phòng nhưng phòng mình thì như vậy. lúc cần phải đóng hết 1 lượt cửa vào. nhân viên khá thờ ơ, tụi mình phải tự xách vali xuống. nhưng thui cũng xách dc vì vali toàn cỡ trung thôi. đèn trong phòng ở chỗ vệ sinh khá tối

Our room was amazing with an amazing view. It is not in the center, but a bit outside. It is comfortable, look as the pictures and is very quiet. Amazing bath tub and nice pool.

We were not satisfied with the service. • At check-in, the receptionist struggled with simple cash handling and did not agree on the correct change, even after we explained it in Vietnamese and showing it on the calculator. We had to exchange money with other guests to pay the exact amount. They did not take card Payments. • We received no information about the hotel or the surrounding area upon arrival, which we had gotten everywhere else in Vietnam. • It was not possible to buy just a coffee at breakfast—you had to pay for the full buffet. Other guests experienced the same issue. • The receptionist was often not present and did not consistently greet guests. All in all - they were never rude- but there was no service.
