Located at 240 Liliuokalani Ave, the Royal Moana is a few minutes walk to world class Waikiki beaches and was remodeled with the sole purpose of providing you a classy yet economical alternative to a hotel room. Ask yourself, why would I ever rent a room when I can rent a home? As you can see in the amenities, we have gone to great lengths to make sure these condos are truly your home away from home. Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished stylish one bedroom condos and 1 classic studio available.
The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a trundle day bed which has two twin sized mattresses. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.
ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
NO ELEVATORS: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 3rd floor.
NO PARKING AND NO POOL
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

The property was in an ideal location close to Waikiki beach and the Alawai Canal, lots of great walking routes.The property manager was very responsive and was easily reached when there were issues.The only cons with this property for us was the street noise and the very narrow Lanai.

This place is a well-run establishment. I give it 💯 (100) million stars ⭐️ The management person I met upon arrival was handsome and nice. The other guests were friendly. It was clean, quiet, mad convenient to EVERYTHING, and it was well stocked ( pots, pans, coffee maker, rice cooker, cleaning supplies, free washer & dryer, you name it. There’s even a little bodega right there next door to the building. My only regret was not booking a longer stay. It was already fully booked so I had to move on 😔☹️😢 I felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Hopefully, I can book for my family when the come out here to visit us. I will surely miss this cozy little place.

My wife and I enjoyed 5 weeks of wonderful accommodations at an excellent location in Waikiki - just a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the excellent TheBus service of Honolulu! The apartment was clean and well outfitted with all the necessary appliances & dishware. The only drawback was seating to relax - only a most uncomfortable rattan couch with scant cushion & 2x lumpy pillows! Fortunately, a large folding beach chair provided one of us a comfortable seat. 2x folding chairs were used as dining area in lieu of straight-back uncomfortable dining chairs.

In general, a very nice condo. However, there is no BBQ, no dishwasher, or many kitchen supplies. Not even plastic wrap. There were 5 trash bags for 10 days--seems like they counted them out. They definitely need to work on some details.
