CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Fairway Villa is undergoing a building-wide lanai railing replacement and concrete repair project beginning November 9, 2026. Work affecting this unit is currently scheduled for June 24–October 7, 2027, during which time the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Construction may cause significant noise, dust, and vibrations, including drilling, grinding, and concrete chipping. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (noisy work typically 8:30 AM–4:00 PM), excluding holidays. Workers may be visible outside unit windows, and guests may experience construction noise even outside the dates scheduled for this unit. All dates are subject to change.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit shares walls with the elevator shaft. Guests with sensitive hearing may notice sounds from regular elevator operation.

Because these activities are outside our control, we cannot be responsible for availability, closures, noise, or other temporary disruptions involving areas outside the individual condo unit.

To guarantee an early check-in, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, check-in is guaranteed by 5PM.

No pets, no parties, and no smoking/vaping (including on the lanai or in the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal and damage repair/replacement.
