The Royal Moana is one of the best values in Waikiki and ranks among the highest in guest satisfaction! Now you don’t have to sacrifice quality for affordability. Located at 240 Liliuokalani Ave, the Royal Moana is a few minutes walk to world class Waikiki beaches and was remodeled with the sole purpose of providing you a classy yet economical alternative to a hotel room. Ask yourself, why would I ever rent a room when I can rent a home? As you can see in the amenities, we have gone to great lengths to make sure these condos are truly your home away from home. Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished stylish one bedroom condos and 1 classic studio available.
The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a trundle day bed which has two twin sized mattresses. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.
ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet paper (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
The Royal Moana is a VERY short walk to:
- Tons of Beaches: Waikiki Beach, Kuhio Beach, Canoes Beach, and many more.
- World Class Dining: Duke’s Restaurant, Hy’s Steakhouse, Cheesecake Factory, and countless more.
- Amazing Shopping: International Marketplace, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Coach, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and more.
- Activities: Surfing, Honolulu Zoo, Night-life, Hula Shows, Waikiki Aquarium, Catamaran rides, outrigger canoe rides, and much more.
NO ELEVATORS: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Been visiting Waikiki for decades, had an opportunity to rent a suite in the Royal Moana this trip. Very Good unit: clean, easy to access, close to the beach, public transportation, restaurants, food stores and shops of all forms. Ali'i management and staff were excellent. Have already booked our return trip next Fall. For those who are budget conscious and enjoy a 30 day relaxing holiday, a good choice.

We recently stayed at the Royal Moana. We enjoyed the location during our stay, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were also hot and itchy. We didn't have one good nights sleep during our stay. The unit could use some updating such as new rugs. It was also noisy if you didn't turn the AC up high during the night. It was a short walk to Waikiki Beach.
