Come check in to our Casita in Rio Rancho! Big lockable driveway for trailers. Washer and dryer included for your use. The neighborhood is one of the safest in the greater Albuquerque area! Most of the appliances are new! TWO REAL QUEEN BEDS! NO FUTONS! Close to mountain bike trails and very cool walking trails. OLD TOWN PLAZA 28 MINUTES-SUNPORT AIRPORT 35- COTTONWOOD MALL 13-DOWNTOWN 28- BALLOON FIESTA PARK 25 -INTEL 8 - HP FACILITY 10- SANTA FE 1 Hour. Peace!

I had a wonderful stay at this location! The owners are helpful and responsive-including when my smoke detector went off in the middle of the night-they repaired it. There was no fire-just an old battery.The area was nice as it was close to my family and shops/restaurants. Within 1.5 miles.The most terrific thing; CLEAN! Very clean and has all necessary basics for a stay. Including shampoo, conditioner and soap.I honestly do not have any critiques. Thank you for a welcoming stay.
