About this house rental
Exclusive Southwest Vacation Home located on the "bluff" in Rio Rancho with unobstructed views of the mountains and sunsets. Recently completely remodeled with all the comforts of home including Smart TV's and WIFI. 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Stocked with coffee, flour, hairdryer, shampoo.... The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with high-end linens!! The location is just blocks from Hwy 528, the main drag thru Rio Rancho and just a few miles north of Albuquerque. 5 miles to the Balloon Fiesta Park. There is a wonderful walking trail close by and a park for the kiddo's and pets. We have other homes in the area, please inquire. This is our 4th rental and we are getting rave reviews with all of them. We take a lot of pride with the way our homes are decorated and stocked for your comfort...we must be doing something right!! Owner is a licensed Realtor in NM. Long-term rentals are welcome.
Regarding any PETS; we welcome all of your babies and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We will take pictures, and there will be a $500 charge for breaking these rules. NO EXCEPTIONS

I always enjoy staying at this property. It's very comfortable, great location, neighborhood and pet friendly. The backyard is very secure. Always easy to communicate with Jenny. Great stay!

When we checked in, the place was cold. The thermostat battery was dead and was not letting the heater come on. Manager sent a handiman around 8 pm fo fix it. Living room tv is old. Couldn't even download prime app. Could notcwatch Thursday night football. Lighting was not very bright. Overall, the facility was ok and average.
