About this cottage rental
My well appointed, private, one bedroom, adobe, pueblo revival style, casita is located on 1.5 acres among cottonwood trees in one of the largest urban forests, adjacent to the Rio Grande River and its adjoining acequias. Walk, ride and hike from your front door. Within 10 minutes of the Sandia Tram, Balloon Fiesta Park and I-25. The neighborhood is extremely quiet except for the occasional coyote howl and roar of a hot air balloon burner.

This place is perfect for a couple traveling to Albuquerque!! We were attending the balloon fiesta and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Very close to the park with easy driving access. The casita is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. If/when we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Great one bed room casita adjoined by the host home. Host was very helpful in check in. Property was extemerly clean and very functional for our trip. Located close to restaurants and balloon fest. Very quite neighborhood
