About this house rental
Kitchen and bath remodel June 2021.....Where Albuquerque meets Rio Rancho and Coralles. 6.3 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park. Nestled in a senior-oriented community, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home waiting to take care of you for your stay. Walk to shopping, restaurants and groceries (3 blocks). Watch balloons overhead, or drive down the hill to the Cottonwood Mall. The Lovely Serena awaits you with the large Master bedroom and bath, full dining room, well-appointed kitchen and huge family room and WIFI. There are large Smart TV's in the family room and master bedroom. Sip coffee or wine on the relaxing front porch with comfortable sofa and chairs, or grill burgers and steaks just outside the dining room patio door. Please let us know if there is any thing you need to make your stay more comfortable. This is a manufactured home; it is PRICED LOWER than our other homes. We have other homes in the area, please inquire. This was our second rental and we take a lot of pride in preparing, decorating and stocking our homes for your comfort. We must be doing something right!! Owner is a licensed Realtor in NM. Long-term rentals are welcome.
Regarding any PETS; we welcome all of your babies and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We will take pictures, and there will be a $500 charge for breaking these rules. NO EXCEPTIONS

This was the most well equipped house that I have encountered. The house was clean and spacious. It is located conveniently to grocery shopping and main roads. Jenny was quick to respond when I needed to extend my visit.

Property is clean comfortable and nicely furnished and is ideal if used as a base for exploring the Albuquerque general area. Conveniently situated with ready access to shops freeways etc.

The house was perfect for my family of five and dogs. It was very clean and was one of the best-stocked rentals we have ever had. Jenny the owner was extremely accommodating after our travel plans changed multiple times. She responded very quickly and was always courteous. The property was in a great location with everything you need just down the road. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting the Rio Rancho area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!!

We are thankful to have had a warm, well-stocked mobile home that was adequate for our two week stay. It shows that Jenny wants her guests to have everything they might need. However, this area is run down and can be uncomfortable with trailers/nearby apartments not in good condition all around you. We were concerned about our safety the entire trip. Her mobile home is definitely one of the nicer of the neighborhood. Everyone sets their price as they see fit, but all things considered, we feel the cost per night should be adjusted down for this area.
