This was a little gem and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is really a gentleman and we appreciated his kindness. Our dog, Sugar, travels with us, and we met several of the nice neighbors as we walked her each day. It couldn’t have been better, and we felt very blessed to have found this cottage so close to our daughter’s apartment.

I have stayed in this comfy guesthouse before -- in the summer. This trip in January it was cold in Denver and quite cold inside this little house. Bed was cozy with a blanket and comforter so I was warm beneath those. But getting up in the night or early morning to ice cold floor was jolting! I did find the space heater which warmed up the immediate vicinity -- not the floors.
