Cozy space, all the kitchen appliances we needed, a washer and dryer (which we didn’t need but might have), comfy bed and bedding, and a desk/chair for what little work we had to get done. Nice to have the sweet little private deck, too!
Not a big deal, but a shade umbrella on the deck would have helped with the direct sun mid-day. (It was hot and very sunny.)

Very close to my conference site and other amenities for getting groceries and food. Kitchenette was great. The black out curtains were a plus. The no cat policy helps with allergies, and the dog door is nice if I had brought my therapy dog with me. Off street parking and privacy fence helped me feel secure.
There is no table, just two chairs. Bathroom shower did not have grab bars. Extra pillow slips would have been nice. Patio/garden area needs sprucing up (although it was only March)

The rental was great, offering plenty of room and amenities, and there were so many amazing places nearby that you could easily walk to for food, coffee, or the store. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the private entrance and patio were a bonus to enjoy.

I enjoyed my stay, but this was a funky choice. The location was just about perfect, just off Broadway. The place was cozy and private, with a lot of supplies one doesn't get in a little studio rental: Tiny kitchen with everything you need to cook, lots of cleaning supplies, spices etc. It was quiet and peaceful.
While everything else was stellar, that bed was very disappointing, especially given other's reviews. Both myself and my partner kept waking up, it was so soft it almost felt like sleeping on a mattress topper. I felt passably rested, they did not. Given everything else, it's a small price to pay, provided your trip is short enough, and you don't have any back issues.
